Hi D'Alelio Mgmt:

Thanks for the great Hot Apple Cider today.  I bought a sandwich but had a "free drink" on my Dunkin Donuts Card.  Your staff is wonderful...they told me that they had missed me, which I appreciate.

This is a letter to our State Rep Paul Donato whose office is across the street.  Tomorrow is a primary election for city council with the general election 50 days away.  At about 1:25 pm today I noticed ZERO CARS parked on that side of the street and potholes that can hurt your business.

This is disgraceful in an election year that Mayor Muccini-Burke allows the streets to fall apart like this AND charge residents to park.

Imagine if Dunkin was selling the parking, as a commercial business.  Let's pretend that
Mark Rumley, the city lawyer, is the lawyer at Dunkin Donuts and gets an MGL93A letter
about purchasing a parking space.   A commercial business would face a judge over this,
so why not city hall?

Mayor Muccini-Burke doesn't care about your business; the mayor doesn't care about the customer, me - for one, nor does she care if a foreign dignitary is driving by and our famous
city with the Hanley Audio tribute outside your store looking like a fourth-world country.

State Rep Donato is OBLIGATED to take care of ALL OF HAINES SQUARE, not just the horrible street conditions where we are forced to pay if we want a cup of coffee; where your business
has to bear the brunt of expensive parking and bad streets.

The city owes it to YOU and to all of us.

A "Jimmy S...." writes on my Facebook political page
People do not want to pay to park to grab a coffee at dunks, or a haircut or make travel plans or to pickup takeout.. They want to park and walk into where they are going without any nonsense, at least I do. The city could make boatloads of cash by enforcing time restricted parking and employ locals to enforce it and create more jobs for city residents. The biggest part of the parking problem in the squares before park medford came in was people parking and leaving their vehicle in the same spot for 8-9-10 hours a day, those people are gone but the locals hate the system and will go elsewhere to avoid it.

A "Janet L" writes:  Jimmy Sxxxxx well said!

A "Mark E....." writes on the same page, Real Medford Mass Politics:
It's like watching a movie on lifetime about a sad death, but this is watching my city die a horrible slow death to  (hostile word about government officials)

My photos get people to think.   Interesting that people are avoiding Pay to Park whenever they
can.  It's a disaster and wasn't there a loophole that would have allowed Mayor Burke to get the heck out of the ten year disaster deal?

And where is Breanna Lungo Koehn on this?  Where are the debates?  Why do candidates need a CORI check if they want to do their own TV series.  Solicitor Rumley lies about being the White Knight of Free Speech and Freedom of the Press.  Mr. Rumley is the architect of censorship in Medford to stand in the way of exposing potholes.  While these greedy individuals take enormous sums from the citizens and businesses of Medford their main focus is how to hide their failure to do the job they took an oath to perform while attacking any whistleblower who finds their tactics ugly, immoral and wrong.  Mr. Rumley has long overstayed his welcome and his personal issues and low self-image damage the city he runs around saying he loves. He's as insecure and prone to lying as former council president Robert A. Maiocco, Jr.  Those types hurt this city, and they are the very flower of the Burke administration.

50 Days to the Election and I could have tripped and fallen into that huge ditch in front of your store, which was probably Mr. Donato's plan all along...

THEY SET A TRAP FOR ME!

I'm alerting you!

Get out the vote.  And Breanna?  Where the heck are you on this?
