TO MARK E. ON FACEBOOK, IN RESPONSE TO HIS PROTECTING LEBERT:
Lebert was allegedly drunk and off-duty - and he was pushed off the force so you are entitled to your opinion, but the facts of the case, and that Lebert was begging to keep his job and was threatened with jail time, allegedly, seems to indicate your opinion is in conflict with the facts.
I'm dealing with the facts. When I filed a complaint at the Medford Police Station Mr. Lebert was there and got on his cell phone and called the perpetrator that I had filed on.
The perpetrator is alleged to have led a child porn ring using city-owned equipment to take advantage of at least one underage boy at the company they both worked for over in West Medford.
The disc was mailed to me by an informant. I contacted the FBI who told me to go to the ADA I knew at Marian Ryan's useless office.
Detective McLean was begging me, BEGGING me for the disc so that they would squash PORNGATE.
And Lebert is pals with the alleged child pornographer, helped beat that poor guy in Woburn, threatened to murder a man.
To Serve and Protect and Policing with Community Participation and all that are nice taglines.
It would be nice if officers who took an oath to serve and protect actually would take their oath of office to heart.
Instead they want to play on the internet, make damn fools of themselves, and hide behind the thin blue wall like cowards when a journalist only wants to serve and protect the public: FROM THE POLICE!
