Request For Falco To Remove Burke And Assume Position as Mayor

12:04 pm today

John Falco
President, Medford City Council
85 Geo P. Hassett Drive
Medford MA 02155

RE: Outgoing Mayor Allegedly Not Showing Up For Work

To: Council President Falco

Sources tell this reporter that Mrs. Burke has failed to show up at work today, 11/15/19.

Sources say Burke allegedly failed to show up to work the week of the election,
Wednesday November 6, Thursday November 7, Friday, November 8.

I demand an investigation by Burke's city council, and you have displayed by your votes,
Mr. Falco, that you are "Burke's Council President," voting on behalf of outgoing Mayor Burke,
a "rubber stamp" for Mrs. Burke.

Your votes speak loud and clear, Mr. Falco.

Now Mr. Falco has to work for his real bosses, the people of Medford, and not the
outgoing mayor.

Your obligation is to have the council vote on Mrs. Burke's alleged failure to show up
to work and serve the people she has taken so much money from.  The council
needs to remove Mayor Burke, if these allegations are true, and remove her quickly.

You have a duty to have a vote on Mrs. Burke after investigating her alleged
truancy.

Rumor has it that Mark E. Rumley would skip out on Thursdays to run his own
law business - for profit - at Somerville District Court.  Rep Donato personally
informed me that Rumley had an office within Donato's office.

Rep Donato surely must have an axe to grind with Rumley to tell a reporter
that Rumley, with an office at city hall, has an office with Donato as well.

Two mayoral candidates (not Mr. Penta or Mr. McKillop, two other candidates)
informed me that they saw Mr. Rumley in Somerville Court on Thursdays and
the allegation was that it was not city hall business but credit card collection, allegedly.

Here are the demands:

1)Ask the mayor where she was on those dates noted above

2)If the mayor chose not to go to work, remove her.

3)You, Mr. Falco, operate as mayor until Breanna Lungo-Koehn is inaugurated

4)Have Mrs. Cugno fill in as the 7th councilor in the meantime.

This is urgent.  How can a city hall operate without a mayor?

Is Mrs. Burke so depressed because "she" lost, making it personal, not about the residents.

She ran her administration selfishly and secretly.  Allegations are that she's depressed
and on the verge of a nervous breakdown that she lost the election.

If that is true, it is an additional reason for you to remove Stephanie Muccini-Burke as
quickly as possible.

Respectfully,

Joe Viglione
