MY RESPONSE:
Someone in the know asked me if it was real. I am 99.99.99.99 % sure it is real. How many times have the confidential sources been right? Rumley isn't a good fit with Breanna... rumor is he is resigning. Keep in mind, I heard that Breanna went to law school with Assistant City Solicitor Scanlon. Scanlon is absolutely professional with me and I sent a letter to Breanna that I believe Kim Scanlon to be honest and qualified for the job. She's a terrific public servant.
