VICTIM IMPACT STATEMENT

On or about June 16, 2015 I was savagely attacked by Edward P. Finn, the then city clerk of Medford.

An obese, ex football player beating up on a gay guitar player.  A playing field a bit unfair

A subpoena was issued to Finn to appear in CRIMINAL COURT, but the violent coward ran away from the legal notice.

In other words, if a person does not obey a subpoena, he or she will be found in contempt of court and can be arrested and be brought before the court to answer for his or her contempt. A contempt may result in jail time or hefty fine

attorney and city councilor Lungo-Koehn lying to the Medford Transcript as she knew FULL WELL that Finn was EDITING petitions to the city council by two senior citizens before he viciously attacked me.  Shame on you, Mayor Lungo-Koehn, becoming mayor does NOT absolve you of lying to the press, it just exposes you for lacking in integrity, transparency, unity and community, the very things that you ran on.

As untrustworthy Detective Paul Mackowski said on the witness stand there is a six year statute of limitations.

Since the victim was found innocent Double Jeopardy must apply ...

I DID go to the court and discussed pressing new charges on Edward P. Finn and Richard Caraviello but the magistrate - who has called me a "gentleman" in a hearing where he heard a lawyer threaten to kill me - told me that it would look "vengeful" and that I had won the "gold ring," in his words, defeating Caraviello.

CIVIL SUIT

I AM talking to lawyers about a PRESENTMENT LETTER to sue city hall and the pattern of harassment should allow me to bring in cases that are tied to this, even though they happened years ago.  That's on the horizon.

However, I do want to press charges and will be asking lawyers to look into having the authorities file criminal charges on:

a)a city councilor who lied to the police and who may have committed perjury vis-a-vis moonlighting on 1/31/2017

b)a former city clerk

c)a current city councilor who intimidated me and told me "shut up, shut up, don't say anything about it" when I was viciously assaulted by Ed Finn.

I was intimidated, yet the corrupt Medford Police Department went after the victim.

Well, the victim found the members of that police department strangling wives, beating wives, trying to screw a prostitute, drunk driving, threatening to kill a man, the uncle of the threatening officer beating up a Woburn man, the unclean hands of the Medford Police Department have been exposed on this news site...you wouldn't know a THING about the L'Italien Report if this victim hadn't fought that dirty, sleazy city lawyer Mark Rumley till I got the 64 page report and enlightened Medford

Well now, in a civil suit and a criminal suit, this victim will bring in new attorneys to enlighten the city a little bit more.

Where's the Transparency and Integrity Mayor and Attorney Breanna Lungo-Koehn?

I'm the ONLY ONE doing the heavy lifting.

Now it's time to expose all the crooked cops who hurt me...

There's enough evidence on this blog that the Medford Police Department is deficient and evil.

What police organization covers for a cop who answers a 911 call and starts banging the victim?

Sick.  Dishonest to his oath, to his marriage vows, betraying his wife and kids, and that fraud Sacco said it was the first "blemish."

No, Leo A. Sacco, Jr., it was the first blemish caught on camera...there were many before it, and in a court of law I want ALL the sins of the Medford Police to roll out in front of a judge and jury.

The hateful hurtful ways of the MPD must come to an end, for the betterment of the community.

"You won. You won. And the city is Better off FOR IT"  Retired Detective J.J. McLean, another pathological liar...only like my late girlfriend, at least J J admitted to lying.

JJ promised to repair the Wikipedia page on my voluminous work as a journalist that the hacks at TV3 stole.

J J McLean made me a promise and LIED.

A bunch of liars, scoundrels and outlaws.

I took down TV3, removed a mayor's uncle from the Medford Housing Authority board and exposed the cops vis-a-vis the L'Italien Report.

You doubt my resolve at your own legal peril.
