The
City of Medford is creating a plan looking at housing in Medford, also
known as a Housing Production Plan (HPP). This plan will document the
community’s current housing needs and recommend ways to create a mix of
housing types for different income levels. It will also act as a roadmap
to have a minimum of 10 percent of year-round housing stock that is
affordable.
The
City is hosting a webinar with a live Q&A on Monday, November 9, at
6:30 p.m. Community members are invited to attend and offer their
perspective about potential ways to create a mix of housing types in
Medford.
The
webinar will include a presentation by the project’s planning
consultant, Jenn Goldson, AICP, of JM Goldson LLC which will include a
summary of the community survey results as well as preliminary ideas for
community discussion, including ideas for zoning amendments, new
initiatives, and ways to strengthen the City’s implementation capacity.
Register in advance for this webinar:

Medford Community Media channel.
