Why did Medford City Hall abuse this writer with a phony case filed by scalliwag Richard Caraviello?

Because they are cowards!  Rumley, Burke, Caraviello, MacKowski, Leo Sacco, all slimy, cowardly and corrupt as the day is long. Trying to protect the criminal actions of "editor in chief" Ex City Clerk Ed Finn who would edit the petitions of senior citizens...plural.

Why the Cowards put Meat-Head Caraviello up to his dirty deed is Simple to explain - the bogus McGlynn regime was rife with sleight of hand and distractions.  McGlynn being one of the slickest local politicians, frustrated that he couldn't go further to Governor or Congressperson or Senator, seeing individuals he believes are his lessers raising their profile politically.

Their conspiracy is so obvious...they didn't want you to see how disgustingly corrupt the police force was under their regime.  Like Trump they tried to distract and hide the facts.
