Housing Production Plan DRAFT Available by Lisa Colaianni “The Office of Community Development is pleased to release the working draft of the City of Medford’s first Housing Production Plan (HPP). The HPP is a state-recognized planning tool that, under certain circumstances, permits a municipality to influence the location, type, and pace of affordable housing development.
