First Paint Shed Planned for Saturday, April 24th
The City of Medford’s Paint Shed program will return beginning in April 2021. Approximately once each month from April through October (except July and August), Medford residents can bring old, unused, or unwanted cans latex and oil-based paint to the DPW yard (limit 5 gallons per household). The City will contract with a professional company to properly dispose of the paint. All cans must be clearly labeled, and residents must show proof of residency. The Paint Shed is located at the Alfred P. Pompeo Public Works Facility, 21 James Street.
The 2021 Paint Shed dates are as follows (weather and COVID-19 guidelines permitting):
- April 24th
- May 22nd
- June 12th
- September 18th
- October 2nd
All Paint Shed events are from 9am to noon.
If you have any questions, you can call the DPW during normal business hours at 781-393-2417.
Medford city services are available to all residents, regardless of race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, age, language ability, economic situation, or immigration status.
