Due to upgrading my computer system I have corresponded via telephone.  Here is an official e mail now that I'm back online.

It is imperative that Richard F. Caraviello recuse himself from my Public Participation 

at the city council this evening.

Mr. Caraviello lied to the police back in 2015 and filed a fraudulent court case

against this journalist/petitioner.  Caraviello lost in spectacular fashion.

Clearly, the Council President, and the subject matter, the Council Vice President - Adam Knight -

are holding grudges against this speaker.

My goal is to be polite, specific and to enlighten the voters / taxpayers to facts.

Both Knight and Caraviello have failed to uphold the U.S. Constitution, which they took an

oath to protect.   

Caraviello calls papers out of order when the petitioner didn't even write the paper.

That kind of fraud cannot be tolerated in America.  As Mark Rumley would say, "this 

isn't Havana."  

For once I agree with the former city solicitor.  This is America.

it's time all seven members of the Medford City Council started acting like it.
