RE: Bad Tempered Adam Knight, Allegations of Children in His Car  April 1, 2021


Dear DCF Commissioner,

I run a very popular blog on Medford politics.  Two anonymous tipsters gave me information
on the Medford City Council Vice President Adam Knight and an incident that is in a police
report.

The Medford Police Dept gave me the report via Freedom of Information Act, a response
to a public records request.    An anonymous e mail on April 4, 2021 to my newsletter address
as well as a May 1 (postmarked) letter to my Woburn Post Office box contained disturbing
information about Mr. Knight's children.

1)Knight allegedly couldn't get money from the ATM on Mystic Ave, Medford, at the Bank of America
 
2)Knight allegedly smashed the door (a thick, glass bank door) in a rage

3)Knight Allegedly had his two small children in the car

4)Knight allegedly took his anger out on his children according to the first tipster April 4
(see enclosed letter to the police investigating the situation - Detective Mackowski,
Officer Paul Covino, and the Chief of Police, Jack Buckley)

5)See attached May 1, 2021 letter which I obtained on May 13, 2021

I can tell you from personal experience that Mr. Knight has harassed this elder
person on numerous occasions at the city council, as well as others.

It's been my personal experience that Mr. Knight has a very bad temper.
I filed a complaint on Knight with Medford City Hall some years back:

However, Mr. Osborne's office is not very proactive.  In the initial complaint
I believe it was about Knight harassing a Jeanne Martin, candidate for council speaking at the podium,
a doctor in his 90s and a former city councilor.  

Look at what happens when city government and Mr. Osborne-types don't take complaints seriously.
Abusers escalate.

Knight is associated with Matthew Page Lieberman, another abuser, who was on the front page
of the Medford Transcript about April 2010, eleven years ago, for throwing a punch at this petitioner
and being found to be a "person of interest" in that police report. The police determined the sole victim
to be me.

Elder abuse is one thing when Adam Knight gets angry with this journalist/petitioner, but if he has
taken it out on his little children, that is disgusting and needs to be investigated

Knight has protection allegedly from the unions and works for Massachusetts State Government.

There is absolutely a cover up going on as I have had to file THREE open meeting law
complaints regarding the Council President, Richard F. Caraviello, and the city clerk,
Adam Hurtubise, colluding/conspiring to molest the petitions I write and/or stifle free
speech with absurd excuses which I believe violate their oath of office, the Open Meeting
Law and possibly Robert's Rules of Order

If Mr. Knight is innocent, great.   My concern is for his children.
But, as noticed, it is my experience that Knight is a violent, sick, anti-social maniac,
unbalanced and in serious need of psychological help.

City Councillor A.K. slammed shut and broke the glass door of a bank Friday while his children sat in the car after getting into an argument with the bank employees over an issue with his bank card failing to work at the drive up ATM. 


I don’t know which bank.  People are working  hard on his behalf to prevent this from going public.

My question is:  were the Knight children in the car, left alone while Adam smashed the door,
and then in the car as it fled at the alleged high rate of speed?

 

This is unacceptable behavior for an elected official and the public has a right to know.



As you individuals are aware, the voters have a right to the critical information
and the result(s) of your investigation(s)
