RE: GROSS MISREPRESENTATION OF MY PETITION TO MAY 4, 2021 CITY COUNCIL MEETING
AND DEMAND THAT IT BE RECTIFIED BY 4:30 PM TODAY, MAY 4.
HARASSMENT AND RETALIATION BY CHIEF SACCO PERSONALLY, SGT. MACKOWSKI, MARK E. RUMLEY, ET. AL.
Dear Attorney Scanlon and Honorable Mayor Lungo-Koehn
This is not a presentment letter. This is a notice that I will be suing the city of Medford.
If you doubt my resolve, see the removal of Gene McGillicuddy from Medford Housing, the removal of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc.,
Robert A. Maiocco not running again after my investigate of his questionable conduct at Wells Fargo, Roy Belson, Mayor Muccini-Burke, Neil Osborne
and Rachel Tanenhaus caught violating the Open Meeting Law, the L'Italien Report, need I go on?
I am very effective and will invest the time, energy and money in this to expose the fraud at the DPW, Police Station, Access TV station, the corner office itself.
Tell your clients you are going to court. But let's first address tonight's cluster mess created by the city clerk, most likely in league with a highly corrupt city council.
I WOULD LIKE A CHANCE TO TELL THE COUNCIL AND THE VIEWERS THAT
THE CLERK MISREPRESENTED MY SPEECH, AND BE ABLE TO ALERT THE
VIEWERS TO THE POLICE REPORT ON A MEMBER OF THE CITY COUNCIL
THERE IS NO 'PERSONNEL' ISSUE AS i WON'T BE NAMING MR. KNIGHT,
BUT I THINK IT IMPERATIVE AND ESSENTIAL THAT THE CITIZENS KNOW
THAT THERE WAS A NOTICE ON A POLICE DISPATCH LOG AND EXPLAIN
TO THE CITIZENS THE INCIDENT.
The city clerk of Medford GROSSLY misrepresented my petition to the city council
AFTER I made it CLEAR that my words were to be published on the agenda verbatim.
The tipping point is this fraudulent filing on the City Council Agenda that I did not issue.
Clerk Adam Hurtubise took it upon himself NOT to phone me in advance, but to come
up with topics that were not on my filing.
My filing was simple, I want to alert the city to the fact that
an elected official is in a police report of April 1, 2021.
Mr. Hurtubise instead wrote that I was going to speak about the "character" of a "city employee." That's not the case. A generic city employee is not on the ballot to be elected.
This is a notice to citizens that a city official, an elected official, a public figure, was in an incident that the citizens need to know about. Very simple. Detective Mackowski already made
This is a notice to citizens that a city official, an elected official, a public figure, was in an incident that the citizens need to know about. Very simple. Detective Mackowski already made
his determination. As with the L'Italien Report and the notorious council meeting of October 1, 2019, 5 weeks before a cement slab came into my bedroom at a furious rate of speed,
the fraudulent claim of "personnel issue" by the law office, was not a sufficient excuse and the Secretary of State's office demanded the L'Italien Report be sent to me. The law office then
futzed around until I made a FIRM DEMAND to get the report, and Atty Scanlon finally sent it to me.
We have the same fraud going on here:
a)the City Clerk refused to publish my petition and made an insufficient petition up for me, without advising me, putting false words in my mouth
b)As with the L'Italien Report, this is not a personnel issue. This is a public figure wrecking a bank door and fleeing from the scene. Where do the facts say that I am going
to discuss the "character" of a city "employee." Hurtubise just handed underhanded, unethical Rick Caraviello a get out of jail free pass by lying about what I wrote in the petition.
Do you people ever take the oath of office and First Amendment seriously?
As I informed the city clerk today when he phoned me at 10:41 am, there is a pattern of malfeasance in Medford, Massachusetts that stands in the way of the pursuit of happiness.
