Dear Solicitor Scanlon,

I will be sending you an Open Meeting Violation complaint regarding the May 4, 2021 

City Council meeting in a separate e mail.

My goal here is to protect voters' rights by demanding you, 

the mayor and the police arrest Adam Knight, publicize it, and put him on trial 

for violating his oath of office and

his being a clear and present danger putting residents in the way of physical harm 

vis-a-vis the incident on April 1, 2021  Smashing glass, irresponsibly not reporting it, 

and fleeing the scene

of the "accident" or intentional smashing of private property.

Executive Session is a cop out.   The voters and taxpayers need the transparency 

this mayor promised.  Where is it?  This person abused the mayor when she was on the council, 

abused her and others with impunity.  Do NOT protect such horrible public conduct.

1)Request for Chief Jack Buckley to have Sgt Mackowski to issue a 

speeding ticket to Adam Knight re; April 1, 2021 leaving the scene of alleged vandalism 

at a high rate of speed.

   The Chief and Sgt/Det. Mackowski have a witness and purportedly video 

from the Bank of America on Mystic Ave

   This is a PUBLIC SAFETY ISSUE.  Adam Knight's temper is legendary in Medford.  

Are you going to wait until his inability to control his temper physically damages 

someone for life, or worse?

of VP of School Committee Paul Ruseau; Voters denied 

CRITICAL INFORMATION on Knight's violent conduct at Bank of America

3)Did Clerk Hurtubise and the City Council violate the Open Meeting Law 

by misrepresenting a petition by Joseph Viglione and making an Executive Session 

out of what should be an Open Meeting for the Voters

on an elected official, Adam Knight, being disguised as a lowly "city employee," 

(who would not be a public figure but a private person) and calling a police report 

determined by a Sgt. to be "wanton destruction" 

as a character issue.    Did Clerk Hurtubise violate his oath of office with 

the deception and fraud issued to the public, and did his activities 

and  those of the Council President violate the Open Meeting Law?
