Below is James Vaznis Boston Globe piece on the racially charged texts from the BSC chairperson Alexandra Oliver-Davila.
Does Mr. Vaznis know about the legal troubles the Vice President of the Medford City Council, Adam Knight, faces

Welcome to Medford,
Mr. Vaznis, where this writer had to expose the racism at Medford
Community Cablevision, Inc. in 2013 because the then-mayor,
the city council (including the current mayor,) and the Human Rights commission failed to do their jobs.
Mr. Vaznis should look at the Knight mess

Mr Vaznis will have to give his CORI check if he wants to be a candidate for elected office in Medford and do a TV show.
With
antiquated and harmful "policies and procedures" designed to keep the
public out, and the government incumbents chilling free speech like its
frozen yogurt.
The most racist, homophobic
government official in Medford is the person in a position of power to
handle such matters but would rather cash his paycheck than
actually do some work that could change the corrupt system.

Boston School Committee chair Alexandra Oliver-Dávila resigns over racially charged texts
By James Vaznis Globe Staff,Updated June 8, 2021, 1 hour ago
Facing
growing calls for her resignation from elected officials, Alexandra
Oliver-Dávila stepped down from the Boston School Committee, city
officials announced on Tuesday.
Oliver-Dávila submitted her resignation on Monday, the same day text messages she exchanged with another School Committee member disparaging West Roxbury families became public.
“I apologize for my comments and the hurt they have caused,” she wrote in a statement. “I own what I said just as pain I felt that night and have felt far too often as a woman of color leading an organization committed to racial justice. The commentary of that evening brought me back to the deep shame that I was forced to feel about my language, my culture and my ethnicity. It brought me back to the shame I was made to feel about my mother who had an accent and a grandmother who didn’t speak English.”
