Falco Goes Wild on Public Records Requests Aiming at the Mayor; another citizen to file we hear

 While Falco was making an appeal at the Secretary of State's office sound like a big deal (it's pro forma, John was just sticking it to Breanna with unusual blustering from the former council president) a citizen asked me about the formula for FOIA.

Breanna's going to have two more public records requests and they ain't from me.

Keep in mind, we had no office of Public Records Requests at City Hall and the high school until  yours truly instructed citizens while speaking at the council on this important freedom tool.

That's why they try to shut me up.
