New Title for Embattled Neil Osborne: Chief People Officer City of Medford. So why did I speak with Outside Counsel today and Not the "Chief People Officer" ?

 i believe Mr. Osborne has discriminated against me. 

New Title for Neil Osborne at Medford City Hall announced on his LINKED IN. "Chief People Officer." 

 This is not good branding as I can't keep track of all Attorney Osborne's titles. 

What does "people officer" mean and what about the ongoing controversy in all the media?
