Usually
an "October Surprise" is when your political opponent pulls a Ted
Kennedy and embarrasses Mitt Romney a few days before the election.
Breanna, on the verge of victory, is now at the precipice handing her opponent the gifts that keep on giving, the path to a John Falco victory...and their names are Neil Osborne and David Rodrigues.
Breanna,
when I'm in a recording session, and the wife of an investor demands to
sing on a client's tune (in a session that's not even paid for by the
investor) I set up a dummy microphone so the dummy awful "singer" is not
recorded.

Osborne has less talent than the crazed woman who barged in on my
session (which turned out excellent, of course, because I pulled a
Caraviello in the studio and shut off the damn mic!...back in 1988 at
Blue Jay Studio, brought to you by the good people of Carnation Milk,
but that's another story...)
Your foot was on the throat of the Falco and you throw him two life preservers named David Rodrigues and
Neil Osborne? What the hell are you thinking?
If
you want to win this election you need to shut off the damn microphone
of Political Hire #1, Rodrigues, hired not on merit as the man is an
abject failure, but because he's ostensibly the cousin to Bill O'Keefe
and Erin DiBenedetto
Why is Mr. Osborne advertising on Linked In that he already has a position he does not have?

Solicitor Scanlon's Public Records Request Response in regards to
that. The Council has not approved the position but Osborne's name is
prominent in a Google search as the fourth item:
Chief People Officer (see Exhibit A, Attached)
How presumptuous of that other glorified hack,

Osborne, posting a position he doesn't have that it is so prominent on
Google you just search his name and that fraud "Diversity Director"
comes up as Chief People Officer, a name NOT on City Hall's web page.
A GOOGLE SEARCH, and the ALLEGEDLY UNAUTHORIZED NAME SHOWS UP!

Girl, what the heck do we have to do to clean up your act? Pat
Gordon's gone, that's a plus, but Rodrigues and Jackie Rosetti Piques,
both political hires with less talent than we deserve in your city,
still mucking up the works with their ineptitude.

You have given his flailing campaign new life with 69 days to the
general election and 20 days to Sept 14 primary.
According to the Medford Patch :
Rodrigues said it is standard to post open positions, but there are
times when an internal candidate has already proven to be capable. "It
was created, and then this person happened to take this position,"
Rodrigues said. "This position was in an acting capacity in early 2020
Two problems for Rodrigues:
a)Rodrigues not qualified to make that determination
b)Osborne is NOT qualified at all
