Laurel Casassa Breen Maybe so, a beautiful family, but his actions at the city council and in his personal life are reprehensible. He has no right being Council President and if you live in Medford, he has whacked your taxes in a disgusting and vile way. As a journalist I have studied Caraviello's behavior at council over many years, in a court of law, and in life at restaurants and other events. He is irresponsible, selfish and vulgar. Council President was stalking me on Salem Street (twice - at laundromat and near my home,) yelling in my window on Central Ave after I defeated him in court and he told an untruth to the judge and jury. He probably has the loveliest of families, some cruel and indecent men do all around the world.
