Ferrante and Teicher recorded a song of a famous artist who played the 1998 TV3 Medford Christmas party. For all my kindness to TV3, they should have treated me better.
Were I station manager in 2005 we would have sixteen years of Medford history, but they squandered it on legal bills that they fraudulently used to harass volunteer producers, many of us. Sadly, they hurt the late Bill Wood, the late Johnny Byers, the late Pat Fiorello, just a handful of serious producers that McGlynn and his crazies hurt, until we were victorious in shutting them down.
Here's some trivia: before Steven Tallarico became world-famous, Ferrante and Teicher practiced at Grandma Tallarico's house. Tallarico, of course, changed his name to Steve Tyler of Aerosmith.
Ferrante and Teicher put their "space age bachelor pad" touch to the Carpenter's Songbook
Everything Ferrante and Teicher touched turn to gold. You may know them for the theme to Midnight Cowboy
"Yesterday Once More" has the "liquid guitar" from the Theme to Midnight Cowboy, I believe that is the legendary Vinnie Bell who came up with the guitar sound.
Vinnie passed two years ago this Oct 3 2021,
a day before Janis Joplin's anniversary.

Vinnie should be the king of Space Age Bachelor Pad guitar.
