Biden's Infrastructure Speech - Medford, Malden etc.
First, I want to thank Chief Gilberti for being one of the finest Department heads in Medford, Massachusetts.
You've earned the retirement, and my hope is that your successor can continue your fair and generous treatment
of Medford citizens.
Chief Gilberti is a special man. Have a great retirement.

While President Biden is speaking on his Infrastructure at this moment 4:11 pm it makes me wonder,
why is the infrastructure in Medford and surrounding cities and towns, so deficient.
While Central Ave in Medford before Spring St. near Garfield and Otis is broken and dangerous,
city councilors in Medford are getting paid monies that they have not earned.
This has got to stop.
This has got to stop.
I phoned Woburn City Hall and the fees for councilors? 12k each, 14k for the president.
Wakefield Selectmen are on a volunteer basis, I have been told. Will call Wakefield Town Hall
to get more specifics.
Rumor has it that councilor Isaac Bruce Bears II wants to give himself a raise. The big question
is, has Mr. Bears ever held down a "real job?"
Does he know that money doesn't grow on trees? The novice government official has embarrassed
himself with stupid responses at the council and a bullhorn at the New England Baptist Church making
a damn fool of himself...and potentially creating the possibility of a riot by his reckless behavior.
As a homosexual male, I'm disgusted with Zac Bears fighting for my rights in such an inadequate
and questionable way.
Now that your friend and mine, Breanna Lungo-Koehn, has had her fun playing mayor, is it not
time for Mayor Lungo-Koehn to start acting in a responsible manner as mayor?
The streets are a mess. Lungo-Koehn needs to meet with Mayor Christenson, Acting Town Manager
Beth Rudolph in Winchester, Mayor elect Katjana Ballantyne in Somerville, Arlington Town Manager
Adam Chapdelaine and the mayor elect in Boston, Michelle Wu and discuss some INFRASTRUCTURE.
How can we start with infrastructure?
Public Access Television
Access is deficient in Medford, and it harmed the election.
During this 12,000 voters situation in Medford, and the
uncertainty with the last election, the intentional lack of
access television helped the deficient incumbents.
Infrastructure is harmed.
In Malden the outgoing Executive Director, Ron Cox,
didn't like the facts I issued in response to his self-serving
press release. Ron did what no E.D. should ever do, he put
into writing libelous words that he used to try to hurt a
public access host.
I'm a big boy, and Ron's anger within his lies prove the
point. You see, I know more about Mr. Cox than most,
for about two decades I volunteered to help the stations Ron was at. He didn't give me a nickel in 20 years. Ron promised to hire me to teach Twitter...but know why? Not about the station, Ron says to me "Oh, I need to learn about that." Always about Ron, never about the members. Cox even discriminated against a victim of violence and banned the member; out of jealousy, because clueless Ron can't host a show after decades of it.
Bad on-camera habits and lack of preparation are why Ronny sucks at being a host, and should have concentrated more regarding the community.
Bad on-camera habits and lack of preparation are why Ronny sucks at being a host, and should have concentrated more regarding the community.
Obi Fxxxxng Ron Kenobi....the poor kids who got less of a chance because Kenobi/Kox was busy making a spectacle of himself, ON YOUR FRANCHISE FEE DIME. What a jerk.
Rather than say "thank you," Mr Cox criminally harmed me by
protecting a violent stalker, a station, MATV, now UMA, which
has a toxic environment - a hostile work environment, where -
allegedly, a member sexually harassed a board member while
Ron Cox was in control. It's downright sick that the cable TV
subscribers, who are cutting the cord at a phenomenal rate,
the franchise fee delicately hanging in the balance, and these
egomaniacs in Somerville, Winchester, Malden and Medford
are ruining access TV while it is in a fragile state.
As the individual who led the charge against the corruption at
Medford Community Cablevision, Inc., I have a plan on cleansing the filth in Malden, Winchester, Somerville and Medford.
When E.D. Joe Lynch sexually harassed me in Somerville
where tons of little children run through the hallways,
Mr. Lynch loudly telling me how he wants "Joe Curtatone's ass,"
it was as bad as WinCAM's long-time fraud Melodie Wing protecting a teacher who told a bunch of 15 year old girls and guys all the women he had sexual intercourse with.
With the protection of Attorney Melodie Wing, that sexual
harasser is now teaching at Boston College. Nice! Not!
I have the document he threw in the waste barrel.
This is the reality of your access TV stations and like the
broken roads, it is broken infrastructure.
Watch as we make a difference again cleaning up
Somerville, Malden, Medford and Winchester access.
This kind of nonsense cannot go on, and the monies are not
being spent properly when hiring individuals whose egos
are much larger than their skills and what they can contribute
to community.
This humble producer doesn't want to invest the time into this.
This is essential to make our communities healthy again.
Let me paraphrase Mark Rumley, one of the chief offenders when it comes to 1st Amendment rights "You do this for the community; no one would do this for himself."
Damn right, Mark, and you are Exhibit A in regards to Access Malfeasance
Your wrongful conduct hurt the elections and hurt the communities, benefiting your master, Michael J. McGlynn, not the citizenry.
Never fear, Joe Viglione is here.
This volunteer has proved to be effective.
Watch as I work with the government officials
and attorneys to clean up access TV in these four
communities.
Ron Cox's knee-jerk offensive e mail attacking someone
who helped him is Exhibit B to Rumley's Exhibit A
The malfeasance and dysfunction has gone on too long,
and access TV is the victim, as well as the taxpayers and voters.
Get mad as hell and let's not take it anymore.
These stuffed shirts who care about their own show,
Live On Tape one example, put the communities second.
It's time to cluster, show our power, and have access for
everyone, not just the lunatic privileged few.
Breanna - you are officially on notice.
RESPECTFULLY
Joe Viglione
