Letter to the A.C.L.U. about Dishonest Councilor Madame Knight

Dear ACLU:

On Tuesday, December 7, 2021, the Medford City Council Vice President abused his position by
shutting down my speech to the city council on asking for it to go "all volunteer."

The reckless counsel of Medford votes for its own pay raise.
Their oath of office to uphold the U.S. Constitution they shred with impunity.

I hear outgoing councilor Michael Marks told them to let me speak

Here's the punchline: Councilor Knight was dragged into court on a criminal complaint
application filed by the Medford Police.  Mr. Knight allegedly smashed a bank door.

Tonight he attacked a disabled, elder, minority person with his vicious mouth and
his fear of the public hearing about an alleged plan to vote for his own pay raise,
as soon as next month, allegedly.

Here's the simple, cordial speech I wanted to give.

If your lawyers cannot help me, I will hire one.

The citizens of Medford need to be protected from the abuses of
the Medford City Council

Sincerely,

Joe Viglione

To the citizens

The city council met for less than 2 hours in all of November 2021.

Under Plan A government the council has less duties than the mayor.

If citizens had line items of what they want to pay for in Medford, and could check off their vote, 29 thousand dollars plus would most likely get struck down.

When a video of Mayor Mcglynn negotiating in Room 207 with republic parking was denied by the city council, citizens did not get their money’s worth

I’ve been studying the council meeting Agendas more than many in the community and wonder why instead of hardcore community services, there are birthday wishes, anniversary wishes, which all should be segregated after a council meeting.

IF we had a volunteer city council, I guarantee you it would be more citizen friendly, would have people that cherish the honor of benefiting the public, and wouldn’t focus on a pay raise rather than fixing Central , Garfield and so many streets that are in total disrepair.

At the current rate the taxpayers pay 1 million dollars every five years for a council that spent less than two hours during November, 2021 and their streets are broken, pipes have rust, and priority needs take a back seat to a body that gets to decide on its own paycheck.

There will be petitions and videos on my program A Volunteer Council for Medford.

It may not happen overnight but getting the public thinking about this serious issue will be a good start.

Wow.  So subversive.

When Adam Knight allegedly commits a criminal act at a bank,
what else can the taxpayers expect from a dishonest individual like Knight?

Respectfully,

Joe Viglione
