here's how i filled out my Citizens form:
Dear Citizens Bank:
ALL the tellers have been nice to me in Revere, Medford @ Wellington and now at Citizens in Central Square Cambridge.
The problem is the bank itself, not the employees.
I was on hold OVER AN HOUR and took the phone (still on hold) to Medford at Wellington where Uncle Bob Maiocco likes to shop
The staff was stunned that no one was picking up the phone after an hour.
Who the hell do the phone people at Citizens think they are?
Former mayor Muccini Burke?
Yet the local bank managers were very helpful.
They sorted out the issue with the website.
Then the problem arose again so I went to Revere Citizens at Stop and Shop.
THREE MANAGERS were kind, polite and they couldn't fix the Citizens APP on my phone either.
Totally the bank's fault, and this is THREE managers. They finally sorted it out.
THREE KIND MANAGERS...what kind of internet stuff does this bank engage in when even managers can't get it to work.
I bring it home: BAM. It wasn't working. Again.
No way I'm going to call Citizens (and people agree with me, getting phone help is like getting a petition through the Medford City Council with all those frauds and sinister crooked councilors stealing our time and taking people's money)
so I went to Citizens in Cambridge and the woman fixed it almost instantly.
Praise the Lord.
If you want a happy life
1)Don't CALL the Citizens hotline for help, it is useless and
2)Write to the Attorney General and ask her to investigate the Medford City Council for fraud, deceptive business practices, and their inability to put a coherent sentence together.
Thank You.
JV
