  Perverting the rules of justice that they promised to uphold!
  
  CARAVIELLO FAILED TO HAVE A ROLL CALL VOTE
  ON THE UNETHICAL MANEUVER BY THE V.P.,
  UNDER CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION ADAM KNIGHT
  
  1)Richard F. Caraviello violates Rule 9 with impunity.
  Not only allowing mayhem to fester at the council,
  Caraviello flouts the rules and INSTIGATES disorder.
  
  How do residents, United States Attorney Rollins, protect 
  themselves from the perpetual malfeasance and wrongdoing?
  
  
  Rule 9. - Duties of the presiding officer.

  
  

  
  

  The presiding officer shall preserve decorum and order, and shall decide all questions of order, 

  The presiding officer shall declare all votes and, if the results be in doubt, may call for a standing vote. 

• Such declarations, if not the result of a roll call, shall stand unless they are reversed by roll call called for by any member.

• subject to an appeal by the city council, regularly seconded; and no other business shall be in order 

• until the question on the appeal from the ruling of the chair shall be by roll call and shall stand, 

• unless a majority of the votes are to the question of appeal.

2)In a sane society, a council vice president like Adam Knight,

who disgraces the great name of the late Charlie Shannon each

time Knight opens his mouth, should be removed from the council

until the expiration of his alleged probation from the magistrate's office at Somerville

District Court.

Mr. Knight is beyond unethical, associating with the

violent Matthew Page Lieberman to allegedly interfere in an election; Knight

allegedly using the computers at his government day job to promote himself

for reelection; Knight failing the public and using the council to campaign 

perpetually with birthday wishes, death notices and anniversary acknowledgments

Knight, as Council VP, called a paper out of order which alerted the public to the

fact that the overpaid council (200k a year) only conducted business in all of

November 2021 for less than two hours over the 30 day period.

Knight violated his oath of office by fracturing the free speech rights designed

to alert the public to alleged malfeasance.   So did the unethical council president

Richard F. Caraviello

I will be contacting your office to find a remedy to the unethical behavior of

Caraviello and his crew's constant wrongful conduct.

Councilor Michael Marks informed me that Knight said to him:

"Fxxxxng Joe Vig's blog got rid of the mayor" (Michael J.  McGlynn)

Marks told me he said "Yes. And now he's coming after you."

Who needs to "go after" Mr. Knight when he smashes a Bank of America

door on April Fool's Day 2021, opens his mouth, and removes all doubt.

Medford needs your help, States Attorney Rollins.

The Council of Medford is out of control and destroying the city. 

A city with the most Brady-infested Police Department in all of

Middlesex County.  How depraved is that?
