My second public records request on these issues follows the important and
essential introduction to this public record.
Dear Mr. Driscoll and/or Public Records Officer:
INTRO:
It was deeply disturbing to read in Mr. Driscolls' response
to my initial public records request
on this matter, received on March 4, 2022, when Atty Driscoll claims,
allegedly falsely,
" With the utmost respect for the Legislature's mandate
that public agencies operate with transparency
while safeguarding
confidential information,"
which comes after my complaint
about a lack of transparency,
affirmed when the Medford Mayor
writes to myself and
Mr. Driscoll that she,
too, is fielding complaints
about a lack of transparency
from the perpetually
embattled Medford Housing Authority.
The letter from the mayor indicates
Mr. Driscoll has NOT been truthful
about operating with "transparency":

to the outrage of the bad actors at
the Medford Housing Authority.
Mr. Driscoll's regrettable response to my records request
is evidence that the Medford Housing Authority
operates in secrecy,
not to the benefit of the public,
and is absolutely Trumpian in its slap in the face
to the citizenry it is supposed to SERVE.
I submit, before the filing of additional requests,
that my hard work and honest efforts in
removing MHA board member Gene McGillicuddy
when I alerted the office of Governor Deval Patrick,
resulted in the removal of Bob Covelle.
Covelle, the disgraced Executive Director who
got a mere slap on the wrist from ex AG Martha Coakley,
a former AG who is alleedly as thick as thieves
with ex mayor McGlynn.
McGlynn being the nephew of the man that I removed,
"uncle" Gene McGillicuddy, the pejorative term
of "uncle" slapped on McGillicuddy by the cronies
at the ultra-corrupt Medford Community
Cabelvision, Inc. - where I initially met McGillicuddy in the 1990s.
I always got along with the late Gene McGillicuddy,
it was just inappropriate
for McGillicuddy to be on that board and - clearly -
Governor Deval Patrick agreed with me,
as does Mayor Breanna Lungo Koehn
in her very public note above
regarding the lack of transparency.
When citizens complain to the mayor
and to this journalist
about a lack of transparency,
who is Attorney Driscoll trying to fool?
Also good to note, at the cost of many thousands of dollars
and eleven years of hard work
and honest efforts, I forced ex Mayor McGlynn's hand
to remove Medford Community Cablevision, Inc.
from its harassment of the public and censorship, 2002-2013,
in case anyone doubts my sincerity in this endeavour and
my persistence.
MEDFORD PATCH - Viglione questions McGillicuddy,
and brings information
to the office of Governor Deval Patrick,
resulting in the removal of McGillicuddy
and replacing him with Sean Caron
Patrick asked Covelle to resign
through a letter from Aaron Gornstein,
his housing undersecretary, on Thursday,
citing the findings of the federal audit.
Patrick also replaced his appointment
to the authority's commission
Eugene McGillicuddy with Sean Caron.
McGillicuddy is related to McGlynn
through marriage, he said during
a housing meeting in April
after being asked about his relationship
to McGlynn by
Medford resident and videographer Joseph Viglione.

AS IF HE'S ALLEGEDLY COUNSEL FOR

WHEN HE STATED TO THE PUBLIC
THAT HE IS NOT

Another bald-faced liar on behalf of the
housing authority in this charade
is "of counsel" in Malden,
the former city solicitor of Medford,
the highly deceptive Mark E. Rumley.
Rumley told the public that MHA is
a "separate body politic,"
yet when I was questioning McGillicuddy and Covelle,
Attorney Rumley
jumped up to censor me,
to which I said "You, sit down."
to which I said "You, sit down."
Like a first-grader caught
doing something very offensive,
Rumley sat down.
A few years later I had to ask a judge to rein Rumley's
misconduct in.
While I was extending a restraining order
on a vicious, violent woman,
Rumley was defending the indefensible
by throwing rocks at me
from the witness stand.
The Honorable Judge Yee threw Rumley
off of the witness stand
for having "irrelevant testimony."
These facts are brought up to give a list to
the Public Records Division
of the bad actor protectors of the malfeasance
at the housing authority.
No "alleged" is necessary
when it comes to malfeasance
at the housing authority,
the Medford police department and the
former non-profit at the television station.

Mr. Driscoll's highly inflammatory no-response
to a legitimate
public records request is the type of
cowardly act of a public servant failing
in his responsibility to serve the public.
Here is Driscoll giving an
editorial opinion rather than complying
with his obligations to respond to a
legitimate public records request
by someone who has held
Medford Housing Authority
to higher standards.

being an oxymoron, of course.
"Any individual request you care to make
in the future will continue to be
subject to the strict parameters of this law."

Mr Driscoll's offensive remark -
IF used to discuss
Driscoll's own conduct,
would be refreshing, wouldn't it?

This is a request under the Massachusetts Public Records Law
(M. G. L. Chapter 66, Section 10).
I am requesting that I be provided a copy of the following records:

showing that a CORI check was made for the late James O'Brien,
sex offender with keys to every apartment

and Mayor Lungo-Koehn's comment
about complaints on Driscoll's
self-proclaimed transparency
seem to contradict the MHA attorney...or E.D.

Harry McCue visited McCues Medford apartment
after Thanksgiving dinner,

that prove that Medford Housing Authority

those alleged stalkers include
Mr. and Mrs. Michael Luongo,
Mark Tonello and Lisa Marie Tonello,
and Richard F. Caraviello
of the Medford City Council.
I also submit that Mr. Caraviello's interaction
with the Medford Housing Authority
may allegedly be detrimental
to the citizens of Medford
and this reporter wants
that on the public record.
