Records Request: top 200 Salaries in Medford

 Kim Scanlon

Medford City Hall
85 Geo P Hassett Dr
Medford MA 02155

Dear custodian of records:

Under the Massachusetts Public Records Act § 66-10 et seq., I am requesting an opportunity to inspect or obtain copies of public records that

1)show the top 200 salaries in Medford City Government - the document or documents that contain that information

2)The document that shows the salary of Lisa Evangelista ...if this needs to be sent to the school system I will CC them as well
I believe the school principal and Lisa Evangelista allegedly blocked this e mail address in an alleged attempt to stop sending me information.
I will send from a second e mail account.   What is this, the Kremlin?

3)The document that shows the current salary of Kevin J. Harrington, the former alleged duck boat driver now not having classes at Medford Community Media
The Mars  Perseverance rover and its little helicopter get more public access than Harrington.   What awful audio on the Human Rights Commission March 9, 2022 video.
Having to listen to that recording is an absolute human rights violation.

4)The Salary document for Frances N. Nwajei

If there are any fees for searching or copying these records, please inform me if the cost will exceed $5.00  However, I would also like to request a waiver of all fees in that the disclosure of the requested information is in the public interest and will contribute significantly to the public’s understanding of how taxpayer monies are spent in Medford.  As a representative of the news media - which is absent in Medford except for my hard work and honest effort - just look at the lack of access television in the city after all the money I spent to remove TV3 - the request is related to news gathering purposes.  This information is not being sought for commercial purposes.

The Massachusetts Public Records Act requires a response to this request within 10 days.  If access to the records I am requesting will take longer than this amount of time, please contact me with information about when I might expect copies or the ability to inspect the requested records.

If you deny any or all of this request, please cite each specific exemption you feel justifies the refusal to release the information and notify me of the appeal procedures available to me under the law.

Thank you for considering my request.   Please send via e mail.

Sincerely,

Joe Viglione
