RE: Records Request: Confusion over Titles
    

Greetings Records Officer:

There is currently a LOT of confusion regarding the Diversity Director and People Officer in Medford
 As of 7:14 pm the website (attached) notes Neil Osborne as Director of Human Resources and Diversity Director

Basically, this is simple, Attorney Scanlon.  People are confused about the roles being played by

Neil (Breanna should have removed him vis-a-vis the Mark Rumley revelations)  Osborne and Frances N. (Governor Baker removed me) Nwajei 

If the information can be uploaded to the city website I would be happy to drop this record request.

That being said:

1)I would like the document that gives information on the employee handling Diversity

DOCUMENTS NEEDED ON WHAT THE POSITION CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER IS.
Kindly direct me to the link on MedfordMa.org that gives the definition of the job (job description)

If I may editorialize, Neil Osborne, (like Diane McLeod before him,) appears to have a title lacking in substance.

Indeed, this writer found Mr. Osborne and Rachel Tanenhaus in violation of the Open Meeting law.  
I respectfully request the mayor consider some new eyes and a fresh start.   Medford should be a gem of 
a community - a shining light north of Boston. The malfeasance at MCC TV3, Medford Housing Authority,
and a bevy of Brady-listed police officers is, and I say this as respectfully as possible, disgraceful.

I can prove at least three, possibly five police officers at MPD deserve to be ADDED to the Brady list.

Over qualified people in this region are ignored (a duck boat driver ruining access television?  Really?) 
and under-qualified individuals like (the former?) diversity director who can't even allow a camera to run
during a disability board meeting?  When I informed Mr. Osborne I would be taping an hour before showtime?

This irresponsibility and negligence is the downfall of Medford.  With an out-of-control city council and school 
committee, zero public access - just a disguise for government access hijacking my hard work and honest efforts,
it is very stressful and not conducive to good government.  

Thank you for your efforts Mayor Lungo-Koehn and Solicitor Scanlon.

If you've noted this isn't an official records request, it is what I call a polite request.

There is confusion.  Please give us the advertised transparency.

And if you want transparency, $80,000 a year I can build you the best access TV/Radio station

in the Commonwealth.  I have a little bit of experience in that field, as you know, having forgotten more

than dear Kevin phone-slammer will ever learn, he who is at the government access station doing nothing

except probably baby-sitting the 3 TV3 cronies that seem to show up over there.

   

The need for my experience is great. Especially with the wholly-owned subsidiary of 

McGlynn Medford Megalomania LLC (The Medford Transcript) seemingly heading out to pasture.
