When the great Sidney Poitier passed away, a beloved
actor who entertained the world, Neil Osborne, Medford's Acting Director of Human Resources
/ Diversity Director, didn't praise Poitier's remarkable thespian abilities. No,
Neil Osborne - initials N.O. as in NO - attacked Caucasians, using the death of
this wonderful man to display violence against the White man.
Look what Neil posted on Twitter:

Mr. Poitier played the role of a Black man when slapped in the face by
a white (sic) man slaps him right back.

Mr Osborne references violence; uses a small letter for White man, consciously and
subconsciously I have found Mr. Osborne's reprehensible public activities the
antithesis of public service.
As a minority person I got ZERO HELP from Mr. Osborne.
But VIOLENCE, Neil? Really?
And as an attorney, Neil, representing Medford, why don't you Google simple
words that you cannot spell? Where the hell is "Port Rade?" Oh, you meant to
write "portrayed?" Being that ignorant in public disrespects your law license,
and your obligations to the citizenry and municipality. But why state the obvious?
past tense: portrayed; past participle: portrayed
depict (someone or something) in a work of art or literature.
"the author wanted to portray a new type of hero"

Do you write that stuff to judges, Neil, in legal briefs?
Ms. Deveney cackles verbally, Mr. Osborne cackles and embarrasses himself
(and the city) in text. Hey Neil, before opening mouth (or texting to support
Muccini-Burke during an election cycle - allegedly on company time,) stop and think.
And then there was that fiasco with exiled veteran guy Michael Durham
and Neil's little alleged financial problem got swept away with the tide.
Public service, Neil?
Public service, Neil?
According to the Patch and Durham's wife:
Briana Durham went on to say Osborne told her husband to
Guess that's slapping the "white" man (small "w",) right, Neil?
That's telling him ...at least Deanne Deveney doesn't slam doors and
point the finger at Sidney Poitier....sheesh....
Then, my dear, dear friend Mark Rumley, a fellow I had thrown off of
a witness stand for not being a witness, called Neil Osborne's malarkey
"wage theft." OUCH!
Neil Osborne's Stipends ....Rumley Calls it Alleged Wage Theft ....This is Outrageous
See the documents I got via Public Records request. Why take
untrustworthy Rumley's word for it when we have the actual documents:

So Neil, my friend, how is that any different from Deanna Deveney's hate speech regarding
Haitians and people of color? I'm going to ask a favor of Deanna Deveney,
and soon, and put your bets down now, she is just Neil Osborne in another
city, that's all. Self-serving, unconcerned about public needs and all about the paycheck.
An officer of the court? Both of these individuals who make poor choices
are attorneys at law. Can you believe THAT?????
This writer wanted to "Facebook Live" the disability commission, and I
informed Mr. Osborne - in his office - that I would be doing so an hour
before. Rachel Tanenhaus, who was on a board of directors with me
in Somerville at "free speech" radio (and whom I had given a ride home
to, and was always nice to) REFUSED to let me Facebook live this
important meeting because "the disabled people on the commission
might not want to be on video." Well, throw them off of the commission.
How outrageous. Secret meetings do not serve the public, and anyone
on a commission, a board, or paid as diversity director needs to think
about the public.
To spank Mr. Osborne and Ms. Tanenhaus I filed an Open Meeting Law
violation, and this writer prevailed. Meaning that Rachel and Neil were
as guilty as sin. Catching Stephanie Muccini-Burke and Roy Belson in
a similar Open Meeting Law violation, as I did, is par for the course in Medford.
It shouldn't be, not from servants paid to serve the public. Overpaid
is more like it.
They all think about themselves.
Beyond Ms. Deveney's immature laughing and joking and hate
speech is the fact that the attorney was not doing her job.
If she's going to get a pass for being a bully, passes Osborne
gets all too often, then she at least should have the integrity
to step down for being a jackass, caught on Zoom, an immature,
brazen, arrogant individual with low self-image, needing to put
down minority people, like Neil Osborne, to make themselves
feel better.
Growing up homosexual in the 1970s you have no idea of the
unbearable hate and hurtful verbal and physical abuse gay men
had to endure. It was all swept the rug. To have to put
up with that ignorance by the alleged "people person" in Medford
is unacceptable. Yet here we are with a bigot and bully as the
"diversity director." The OML violation on Tanenhaus and Neil
just a big red flag that they got caught not doing their job....ho hum,
let's move it right along, right?
Where's the justice, Mayor Lungo-Koehn, Paul Donato,
Senator Jehlen? I have supported all of you...it's time you
all spoke up about the inefficiencies of Osborne and Deveney.
Failing to do so is just enabling their wrongful conduct.
Let's do a TV show about it? Oh, that's right, people
who have a point of view that the public can agree with
are discriminated against at access television in Medford
and Malden and in lots of cities in towns. Malden,
where a crazed lesbian with a meat cleaver teaches
your kids at Access TV. Mr. Osborne didn't help me
get the restraining order on that violent lesbian person,
my lawyer and the courts did! So much for diversity.
Neil Osborne's diversity doesn't reach out to homosexual Caucasians,
that's for damn sure.
Neil slamming the door on the White man? Durham ain't the only
one. Add this minority person to the list...
Breanna? Paul? Pat? The silence is deafening. Deveney Deafening.
Not so Respectfully Today,
