Malden woman was arrested on May 16, 2020, thrown in jail, evicted from home
for safety reasons, and the incompetence of Marian T. Ryan's office
failed to safeguard
the public on July 19, 2022
...twenty-two months and three days later
The victim had to track down the ADA and Victim's Witness Advocate repeatedly,
they failed to stay in touch properly, and there was no trial prep for the 7-19-22
trial. Why?
Marian Ryan had falsely went after the victim after he was slugged
by violent Medford former city clerk Edward P. Finn. Indeed, the police intimidated
the victim, councilor Michael Marks immediately intimidated the victim, and the police
BURIED Marks' testimony. The fix was in. Some corrupt Somerville clerk signed off
on the malfeasance (with what appears to be a scribble) constructed by retired detective
Paul MacKoswki and the highly suspicious MPD Paul Covino and Captain Kevin Faller.

suffering I endured at the hospital and the bad verdict due to ADA Ohri's flagrant

This wasn't about public safety, this was a vendetta by former mayor
Stephanie Muccini-Burke and her allegedly drunk Clerk of Courts husband
(are they still married? Why?) and their highly dysfunctional Munsters family
where all the reporter did was put in a public records request to see if some
17 year old student was banging the handsome varsity coach.

I mean I would have banged the varsity coach too were I 17...or even 68.
Heck, Danny would've been better off with me, but I think they moved him
to a Cambridge school or something....ha ha, while Jenna Tarabelsi went to prison
for sex with two 17 year old students and a 15 year old who had pictures of

hell, and with your record, you (and Mark) ain't going anywhere else.
As I was videotaping the "Great Debate" of 2015 at Chevalier Theater,
from the first row as I was authorized and it was my right, the alleged
drunk clerk of Middlesex Superior Court, "dad of the year" (not,) yelled
"Get that motherfuxxx out of there." (Meaning me.) Stephanie, wisely,
got Brian Burke, her foul-breathed hubby clerk-of-court with the dirty
mouth, out of there, not me. Ha Ha. Filed a complaint for violation
of canon of ethics for clerks on the jerk but Michael A. Sullivan, clerk
of courts, seems to have squashed it (Gee, I don't need a law degree
to know it was a VIOLATION OF THE CANON OF ETHICS.) They
then sent me notice they had resurrected my dead case that I dropped
and were charging the victim with "witness intimidation" of the big fat slug
Richard F.(is for fraud) Caraviello, ex city council president whose diction
made Mayor Menino look like a master of debate...a great orator with
speaking skills which included a commanding presence
My lawyer was furious. On advice of counsel I dropped
the case against Finn about July of 2015, and in December
after I complained about allegedly drunk clerk Burke and
put in a records request for the varsity coach "affair," if
you will, they claim IN COURT that they had the right to
resurrect my case within 6 years statute of limitations.
Judge Michelle Hogan, my hero, was furious at fatboy
Detective Mackowski....and Hogan should've gone a step further
and pressed charges on the lot of them, Marian Ryan,
Mackowski, Covino, Faller, Caraviello, Michael Marks,
Ed Finn (who skipped out on a subpoena to criminal
court ...that criminal. Who does he think he is, Lindsey
Graham?) and the unknown Somerville District Court

that he was one of the Top 10 S.O.B.'s in Medford. You can see

After the disaster of an ADA fumbling pure gold, a slam dunk, one must have
some humor in their lives. But Rohin Ohri let a violent woman walk after she
was arrested, jailed and evicted for her violent crimes. Plural.
Mark my words, as ex manager of two radio stations and an AirBNB,
that woman is going to lose her temper again and next time it might
not just be a broken arm of an old man. Not that Ryan or Ohri give
a damn about my life.
And good ol' (not) Marian Ryan goes after the EASY target Jenna but not good-lookin' Danny
the varsity coach/Medford High School ex teacher.
Yum. Love'd to be HIS probation officer, but I digress. Chain that one to my futon
right quick. If Marian arrests Danny, finally, and puts him in my custody we can at
least START the healing process. In a perfect world she would

Did ADA Rohin Ohri show the violence of the hospital photos? This witness never saw them,
nor did Ohri show the photos of the strength of the unbalanced woman who attacked a senior.

payback for my asking for the documents of the varsity coach and the 17 year old
student? i'M NOT A BETTING MAN, but I'd say so.

So a violent woman who terrorized our household (and her poor little cat,
abusing the cat repeatedly...my heart was so broken that the landlord

...I went into the courtroom thinking "We're bringing her to justice for the
cat, which I dubbed "Little One."
Well, Rohin, you hurt the cat and you hurt me.

below and the cat she beat up, just like she beat up an old man.
The jury didn't get to see those photos, and neither did this witness,
when they are up there on Facebook for the world to see.
Simply because I believe Ronin Ohri didn't do his job and didn't
care that an old man now must go through life with a broken arm.
