Senior citizens, don't put your trust in showboating D.A. Marian Ryan.

Marian is more about politics than protecting victims of hate crimes and

violent crime.   I have the evidence, I have the proof.

Enclosed are three photos from May 16, 2020, the day I was viciously

assaulted by a violent tenant of the AirBNB I was managing. 

See attached.  The ADA had the hospital records, but I never saw

them, and I never saw his opening or closing arguments.

All I know is that they didn't work when he had gold in his hand for

a conviction.  Pure gold.  The pain and suffering at the hospital was

all documented, and it didn't happen via a love tap.  

 

The ADA in today's criminal trial only showed the stairwell, photos

that I took a couple of months back.  I was stunned that the

hospital photos were not shown to the jury and the vicious 25 (then)

year old was found NOT GUILTY for beating up a then-sixty-six year

old mAn.   We met ALL the burdens the judge instructed the jury,

and due to Marian Ryan's failure to get justice for senior folk,

a violent, angry woman got away with it...which will most likely

enable her to do more hurt and destroy lives.  

When violent Medford clerk Edward P. Finn yelled and violently

hit a social media person for a mayoral candidate, the social

media person pressed charges....on advice of a rookie cop!

The poor rookie cops in Medford don't realize the Brady

infestation (30 cops...should be more...)

Ignorant, retired cop Paul Mackowski (who told me he had

arrested the TV3 social media person for the alleged

Station Landing bomb threat, threatened the political social media

director (*not the TV3 dude) with "Witness intimidation."

So on advice of counsel, the victim dropped the case.

Here's where Marian Ryan put her energies and taxpayer

monies.   Long after the case was dropped, come December

2015, after the election, the victim puts a public records request

in to see if a Mayor's daughter was allegedly banging the

varsity coach, a teacher at Medford High School.

A FORMER mayoral candidate who opposed McGlynn and

got run out of town for doing so saw the victim at city council

and upon hearing of the varsity coach/mayor's daughter

records request said to the victim "You're lucky they didn't

kill you (over that.)"

In her infinite wisdom what does Marian Ryan do?  She files

CRIMINAL CHARGES on the victim of Ed Finn's violence,

claiming "witness intimidation" months after the case was dead.

Judge Michele Hogan was appalled but it cost the victim of

violence, a senior citizen victim of violence, a lot of money in

legal fees, thanks to shoddy Marian Ryan and her vendetta

for politicians.

Now Marian, any way you slice it that's crooked.  Shame on

you.

They propped up that other moron, then Council President

Rick Caraviello who just loves lying to the police and the

judge and jury (just don't take a boat ride with him; look THAT
one up and be disgusted at the limo driver's day at the beach)

....they propped Caraviello up like Weekend at Bernies, the

mumbling, stumbling, inept and bungling councilor that

Our Revolution is about to bounce, and on the witness stand

in criminal court Caraviello is asked "Are you one of the

Top S.O.B.'s in Medford" by a lawyer and the idiot actually

answers and says "I'm on the list."  The one time he was

truthful in his entire life.  He seems proud of it.  

Marian Ryan funded that nonsense, and lost, of course, and

today an elder citizen violently abused down a flight of stairs,

hears that the woman is found by a jury "Not Guilty."

Sure, when Marian Ryan has a vendetta against someone,

she don't give a damn about the law or senior citizens.

Cruel Marian Ryan doesn't care if a senior is maimed for

life.  In fact, my guess is that Marian loves it.

Two acts of violence - Ed Finn and then the violent Bella M.

Wasserman character that got off today, 

Marian's running two for two.  But with these violent thugs

out there, just get body guards and insurance policies 

because Marian Ryan is all about kissing the asses of the

politicians and NOT public safety.

I swear to God.
