 REMEMBER ALL MY COMPLAINTS ON THE PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL STAMP ON PUBLIC RECORDS?  WELL, IT TOOK THEM YEARS, BUT BREANNA FINALLY GOT A CLUE.

HOW MANY COMPLAINTS DID I HAVE TO FILE TO GET BREANNA TO STOP FALSELY POSTING THAT E MAILS FROM THE CITY WERE "PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL," NO - ATTORNEY LUNGO-KOEHN - THEY ARE PUBLIC RECORDS. SHEESH.
