Jamie Raskin just schooled Republicans on the First Amendment
The former constitutional law professor gave his House Oversight Committee colleagues an important lesson.
Listen up.
Elder Abuser and Town Clown
Arthur Alan Deluca, along with ugly Malden TV loser James Mudge did the opposite of their jobs, inhibiting free speech by the producers they are jealous of.
Deluca sends a crackpot to my home who said she was going to "teach me" about the First Amendment
Exhibit 1
An extremely jealous individual who cannot write her way out of a paper bag was as delusional as Deluca...birds of a feather, y'know
Exhibit 2 She was under a restraining order for four years. You read that right, FOUR YEARS. What her illegal and underhanded shenanigans did was allow me to shine a light on the malfeasance of Ron Cox, Anne D'Urso Rose and the negligent Malden TV station that issued Pat Gordon, now thankfully, run out of the state of Massachusetts.
If Ron Cox married Tucker Carlson he'd be Ron Cox-Tucker. Think about it.
Jamie Raskin taught constitutional law for decades, and on Wednesday the Maryland Democrat took House Republicans to school on the First Amendment.
The lesson came during a House Oversight Committee hearing at which
Republicans tried to harness
their obsessions with
Hunter Biden’s laptop
and "Big Tech" into
something resembling a
coherent complaint.
As NBC News reported Wednesday:
The witnesses were called before
the committee to answer questions
about the platform's [Twitter's]
handling of New York Post reporting
in 2020 about the alleged contents
of a laptop owned by Hunter Biden,
in which the social media company
controversially blocked users from
tweeting and direct-messaging about it.
