Page 5, Motion 23-301 from Councilor Nicole Morell, the City Council wants to see if the Mario Centrella Superior Court case (noted below) will be detrimental if in open meeting (that means you, the public) instead of being discussed behind closed doors, which is what the Medford Council loves, no transparency. I have attached the REVISED agenda for the May 9 Medford City Council Meeting.  The agenda was revised to include the addition of Paper 21-301, for which the Council may choose to vote to enter executive session to discuss strategy with respect to litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the City Council and the President so declares.
