Dear Records Officer:

Respectfully, I request this information of great public

interest.  Also, respectfully, please Officer Casey, no

long, meritless rants referencing Chuck Stewart.  

Let's just be professional and send me the police report,

if there is one. 

 

This is a request under the Massachusetts Public Records Law (M.G.L. Chapter 66, Section 10). 

I am requesting that I be provided a copy of the following records  

1)Any police reports regarding Vault/Salvatore's restaurant, 55 High St., Medford, MA 02155  (781) 393-9333

 that have occurred in the past 3 months, July, August, September 2023. 

2)Any mug shots of perpetrators allegedly arrested and information of alleged court dates,

 a public venue - of course - that may have happened 

or are on the docket for future Somerville District Court events.

As a respected member of the music community and long-time journalist, 

known and published around the world, I respectfully request that you waive any fees.  

This is of great public interest.
