On April 27, 2010 three individuals harassed this writer after multiple threats made by TV3's attorney, and anonymous threats on the internet.

The police wanted "mediation" between the victim and his assailants. One of those assailants is now up on allegations of a "false bomb threat" - you heard that right. The police should have gone after that individual when his name appeared in a police report of April 27, 2010 for stalking this writer at the City Council when the victim was scheduled to speak. Three stalkers came after the victim and the police wanted to "mediate" with the three aggressive individuals. Then, one was arrested for something else he did AFTER they didn't arrest him for bothering a man speaking at the city council - or abusing the victim on YouTube after the punches were thrown by one of his two accomplices right near Mark Rumley's office in the dark.

Sounds like a possible lawsuit against the city of Medford, doesn't it? When one of the three attackers ended up in another police report and McGlynn was told about it after a school committee meeting, with George Scarpelli as a witness McGlynn said "Have fun with that."
"HAVE FUN WITH THAT" McGlynn said about a police report and...voila - after McGlynn congratulated the attacker (with an accomplice present) at a school committee meeting (how inappropriate is that?) about a year AFTER they ended up in the police report, the "congratulated" individual ends up arrested on or about September 4, 2013. This is "leadership that works" or LEADERSHIP THAT IS AN ACCOMPLICE WITH THE POLICE SITTING ON THEIR HANDS BECAUSE OF THE MAYOR (which is something I said (paraphrased) to a lieutenant while at the D.A.'s office on or about 3/15/13.)
