March 1, set the date back to February 29th because I believe the calendar for the solicitor starts on the MONDAY of the WEEK of 3/1, and the citizens are blind to the very quiet slipping in of a city solicitor who has displayed a poor temperament, a very thin skin, and what appears to be a big opportunity for the citizens to evaluate how many court cases Rumley has won, lost or settled.

I am not accusing Mark E. Rumley of this; I am asking a professional opinion from Medford City Hall to see what they think of that kind of sneaky conduct, behind my back, potentially running up my legal bill, and not contacting me to try to be DIPLOMATIC about it.

Because when an attorney wants to be VICIOUS, there is no chance he wants to be diplomatic, so he goes behind the back of the man he's known since 2003 and sends an e mail that I find disgusting for someone who claims he holds himself up to such very high standards.

I am not accusing Mark E. Rumley of this; I am asking for an opinion from Mayor Burke before she gives Rumley another 14 years in the legal department of Medford City Hall.
And other people in positions to give a satisfactory answer.
Performance Evaluation Hearing on Rumley with people giving good grades and bad on his performance over 14 years.
If Rumley is hiding something, there will be no evaluation. If Rumley knows he has nothing to fear, he will gladly come before the city council and allow the citizens that pay him to evaluate him.
As much of a chance of that happening as Dello Russo wanting you to see if anyone on the 28 person Transition team has a criminal record or not.
Dello Russo took the Fifth both times for his colleagues. You can do the easy math on that.
