"Corrupt politics" Bernie Sanders

1)City Hall must give us our public access TV station.

Public access TV can be the area where  Medford arts, creative thinking, self-expression and education can start to flourish.

The synergy between the library and the Chevalier theater can be addressed when a mobile access station can move from the public library to the theater with ease.

This is what I have offered to help the community initiate and launch.

2)How do we make our money work for us?

City Hall takes our money, but is not cooperative.  They are frightened by freedom of expression and free speech.

Just look at the behavior of the city council as one example, and look at the disrespect shown to so many residents.

If anyone thinks that this editor is the only individual smeared by city hall, the police, TV3, the city council, you would be sadly mistaken.

The M.O. of City Hall is to blame the victim.

Do you know of the huge smear campaign allegedly prepared to launch against Michael Coates who caught Steve LeBert red-handed with his videocam?

There was the YouTube video they never expected to go viral, go worldwide, while the city of Medford was trying to mitigate the damage and save LeBert's job that he didn't deserve, in the same way that Bob Covelle was oh so arrogant and thought he would stay at the housing authority.

As Coates' camera liberated us from the bullying and threats of Detective Stephen LeBert, my camera removed Bob Covelle from abusing his position at the Housing Authority (and - by extension - sweet old uncle Gene McGillicuddy, collateral damage because his nephew, a mayor, had him appointed to a position that appeared to residents to be conflicted.)

The first rumor being spread "He's done this before!"  

If true, so what?  Good for him.   But isn't it interesting when Chief Sacco has to bash victims and call Marjorie McMillan "a constant complainer," or throw former resident Doreen under the bus, or state in public that the woman who got whacked in the mouth by a police sergeant "has issues."  Damn right she has issues, eight of them, stitched into her lip in a painful way, throwing salt on the wound.

Pat Fiorello was harassed with the court system, that's how Medford operates.

How do we improve life here so that the public servants no longer are allowed to bully the public?

Citizens need to work TOGETHER, against the enemy that wants to kill the goose that gave the golden egg.

Just as the Golden Egg restaurant has turned into some kind of porn shop, the public that works hard for the gold is denigrated by a vulgar political system that steals from the citizens to give to individuals who do not earn their keep; who do not serve the public.

After they were seated Foerster billed the city $2,983, with $940 of that for a special city council meeting to discuss the termination of then Shepherd Police Chief Chris Simmons.
The termination of Simmons again became an issue in August when Foerster drove to Shepherd for another special city council meeting, which was called by Williams, Barnhill and Thoms.

Barnhill, Thoms and Williams failed to appear at the August 6 meeting to discuss Simmons’ termination, but Foerster came and it cost the city $560.


Altogether, $2,660 of the fees Foerster billed to the city were directly related to either a San Jacinto County District Attorney’s office investigation or the firing of Simmon

It's like living in a Mickey-Mouse town. I think all of them should be impeached, the mayor, all the council members. You would think your in elementary school with the way all these folks are carrying on. To me they all are embarrassing. I would think the citizens of Shepherd should think long and hard about who is elected in the future. I think Mr. Barnhall wants to run the city. NOT! I attended one of these meetings and Mr.Williams and Cronin are about two of the most uninterested members I've ever seen. Please post future meeting dates and times so we can all go for entertainment, it beats the comedy channel.

Mr. Knight was outvoted; he is cherry-picking what he wants that better serves his own personal paycheck than the needs of the community. 


Why doesn't Mr. Knight ask the residents for a pay raise by obtaining 9,000 signatures rather than ramming an undeserved pay raise through with a home rule petition. The citizens only want parity and fairness. 

Knight is reportedly seeking higher office. All citizens have to do is look at the Motions, Resolutions filed by Knight and his votes on all other city business. See how Knight votes for or against petitions by citizens. 

The facts are all there. Mr. Knight wants to control the conversation with no input from the people paying his bloated 30k or so a year salary, one of the most expensive city councils in the Commonwealth. How does his position in this article help anyone but Adam Knight?

All Mr. Knight does is "tinker" with our rights at the city council when he gets up and walks away from people speaking, when he rips up paper or plays with materials in his drawer at the council.  Indeed, the writing here doesn't even sound like Knight when he speaks at the council.  The "writer's voice" in this essay is hardly the malarkey we hear week after week after week. Outside interests use Knight's position as a puppet to bully the residents from having a fair chance of reviewing a close to thirty year old charter. Knight's position is illogical in a city which has fewer rights than many cities in America  "    Why would we tinker with a right that is meant to protect the power of every Medford resident to decide whether to adopt, amend or revise the charter of our community? "  No one is tinkering, we are utilizing our legal options that Knight uses for a pay raise for himself, but doesn't want the citizens to use to build a government that we want, not one that is dysfunctional and was forced upon us three decades ago.  The difference here is that you know I am writing with my voice, the same voice I speak at the council with.  Listen to Knight speak and read this article, and ask Knight who wrote it for him.

Eunice hope's city hall's wrongful conduct "empowers others to do the same."

Really, Eunice.   I feel real empowered that you can't get me out of your head and keep talking about me.

Do I look scared about false charges, Eunice, when I speak at the City Council defending the citizens of Medford from an out-of-control city government coddling a cop who punches a woman in the mouth, or a cop who smashes into a car, resists arrest and is driving under the influence? 

We should be very afraid of these politicians who want to harm us when they are public servants, but we should not fear false allegations when we are as innocent as the driven snow.

Eunice references a smear campaign against this blog because of a public records request to the high school that the city is desperate to cover up.   The appeal on that public records request is pending, but that's what the smear campaign initiated by city hall against this editor is all about.

That's all this is.  Innocent men do not fear stupidity from an administration with a charlatan mayor who has a connected husband with a dirty mouth.

What "Eunice" doesn't get is that city hall has desecrated the funding for access television and there's only one man in Medford courageous enough to fight for all citizens.

Now Eunice is playing on a fraud Facebook page with an individual, Michael Ruggiero who, in concert with a woman that I have a restraining order on, molested my personal Facebook page.

Eu-not-very-nice Browne-noser is engaging with stalkers who break the rules and do bad things.

Fact: Michael Ruggiero hasn't even been a Medford resident for two years.  He's a stay at home loser who was hoping to grab 30K from the residents of Medford by hijacking someone else's plan for charter review.  That's all.  Ruggiero is a fraud who abused two city councilors, a police chief and yours truly.

Ruggiero posted filth on my personal Facebook page because someone had the integrity and the cuts to tell that individual that he was out of line.

Leo Sacco didn't have the integrity to walk away from Ruggiero's forum.

But there was Ruggiero, trying to drag Leo into Ruggiero's plan to discuss Stephen LeBert and grab an audience.

Why?

Because without using other people like the sponge that he is, without hijacking "charter review," without clinging desperately to Leo Sacco's coattails or the apron strings of veteran councilors (that he can attack viciously in a room full of people who came to see them, not him) Ruggiero will be standing alone in an empty room grabbing that rattle from the baby carriage and crying his loser eyes out with.
