Does FINRA oversight know about the false address on the Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. site? The Money Managers show on TV3 where a board member of the embattled access corporation was using the resources for his own self-promotion while DENYING residents the use of the facility?
Is FINRA aware that Alberg's wife was supposed to file meeting minutes of the failed access TV station and failed to, the city solicitor of Medford purportedly stating that he doesn't have all the meeting minutes AND THE SOLICITOR SAT ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AS WELL.

*Melanson Heath & Co PC was ONLY asking about GAAP - Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, and the frauds on the board of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. who proclaimed to all the residents of Medford that they are financial wizards week after week on their insufferable and poorly produced TV show, that they could give you advice. Yet in corporate documents there are errors and their position to a respected accounting firm, Melanson Heath & Co PC, they claim they have their heads up their .....xxxxx and don't know what they are doing.

Frankly, the Comcast subscribers who fund the enterprise don’t quite understand how individuals we never hired — who admit they don’t know how to count — are able to play with millions of dollars and not be held accountable to the people who fund the station.
It’s our money; we’d like to know how every dime is spent. Anything less should result in the police, the attorney general and the district attorney putting a focus on each and every member of the Board of Directors of TV3.

Alberg was at 626 High St, 75 Station Landing, another address in Malden, and now allegedly at 12 Quarry Lane Suite 3428 Malden, MA 02148

City Solicitor Mark Rumley said the city took possession of equipment from TV3’s former office at 32 Riverside Ave. in January. But Rumley said the city has not received any money from MCC, nor does it know how much money, if any, the organization still has.
According to the review, MCC’s $153,532 in remaining assets as of April 30 were transferred. Jacobson said the figure represents the value of the station’s equipment that was turned over to the city, and the figure does not include any cash.
According to the 990-EZ tax form Pilleri filed with the Internal Revenue Service, MCC had $133,342 in cash, savings and investments on May 1, 2013.
According to Jacobson’s review conducted for MCC, the organization had only $95,555 in expenses for the fiscal year ending April 30, 2014, indicating a positive balance.
Jacobson said he could not discuss the source or MCC’s use of the $133,342 because of privacy reasons.
Pilleri, however, said MCC’s accounts are empty.
