This magazine and its companion page,
Community Media Medford, are businesses registered in the city of Medford.
In the past 14 years frauds at Medford Community Cablevision, Inc, including but not limited to the bankrupt Harvey and Doria Alberg, Harvey Albert's partner-in-crime Ron DeLucia who alleged on TV3 that innocent people were "convicted" of a crime or crimes (as did the staff and the entire board of directors on a bulletin on the TV station, Channel 3,) and the notorious rag-man of Medford, elder abuser Arthur Deluca, have fraudulently filed a claim at City Hall (under the former station manager) that they owned "Community Media Medford."
We could have Arthur DeLuca's rag impersonating this site removed at any time, but as law enforcement is investigating those frauds, it is part of the case against them.
Incarceration would be too good for them as they would enjoy a free ride, as they got abusing our access TV monies by filing lawsuits that violated the anti-Slapp statute and by phony "toxic mold" displays at the council, general buffoonery, and - of course - intentionally putting the station at a location that had no connectivity.
Through honest efforts the citizens now have half a million dollars that didn't get abused by those miscreants.
Arthur Alan Deluca has made a cottage industry of abusing senior citizens and elder people. His accomplice - his partner in crime - has a restraining order for harassing a senior, minority person.
That's the despicable tv3.
We will be filing legal papers against them soon but are also awaiting a decision from the AG's office before they are collectively and personally held responsible for their ugly, irresponsible behavior which continues to this day.

Police Charge 2 Councilors with DISTRACTING DRIVERS, not distracted driving
Two unsuspecting Medfraud City Councilors were pulled over on the Fellsway by Stephen Lebert.
When Lebert asked John C. Falco and George A. Scarpelli why they were distracting drivers with a laser beam while driving, they were clueless.
LeBert: "You did not flash purple laser lights with the Prince symbol at other drivers??" an incredulous LeBert asked.
Scarpelli and Falco thought about it and offered this "we did see some kind of light coming from the back seat where we are transporting some of the little bastards from our sports teams to a game."
LeBert took out the flashlight he swiped from the police department and gave a closer look.
"I know that guy. There's only one little bastard in the back seat. He resembles the ex-city councilor who works at the sheriff's department."
Scarpelli: "Oh, we count him as two or three little bastards, trust us."
LeBlurt: "So you are saying this little bastard was shining the Prince symbol, in purple, off your bald heads and distracting drivers on the Fellsway?"
Scarpelli: Whatever.
LeBert shined the light in the face of the individual in the back of the car, who shot a laser light back at the defrocked police officer.

Siegelman was transferred to solitary confinement at the federal correctional institution at Oakdale, La., on Monday after the story was posted online, according to his son, who said he found the timing suspicious.
But Bureau of Prison officials, who refused to confirm that the former governor was in solitary confinement, said that there was no link.
“The allegation that Mr. Siegelman was punished for talking to a reporter is false,” a spokesman for the bureau said in an emailed statement. “Due to confidentiality concerns, we cannot speak specifically about disciplinary matters of a particular

Former Alabama governor Don Siegelman sent to solitary confinement
