And Caraviello, I don't recall seeing him around when I was assaulted. One witness (that Mackowski failed to interview, of course) told me he saw Caraviello downstairs...Caraviello claims he separated us in the police report. Double duh! Caraviello ABSOLUTELY lied to the police about that, this writer/victim alleges. Yet they put a case into criminal court without verifying the deceptions by Caraviello and Finn that this victim is alleging.

I only dropped my APPLICATION for a case* AFTER consulting my attorney AND consulting Mackowski and writing to Chief Sacco.
EVERYTHING WAS DONE ON THE UP AND UP BY ME, it was the police department that gave you Shawn Hughes, Shawn Norton, Jimmy Lee, Greg Hudson*, Uncle Dickie Lebert, Stephen LeBert, siesta boy Al Doherty (and keep in mind his alleged brother Thomas K Doherty who was a lieutenant with the Medford Police and part of the Depositor's Trust scandal) and allegedly Barry Clemente's daddy Gerry Clemente (Gerald W. Clemente, a former captain in the Metropolitan Police, not the Medford police, that I am aware of) Miguel Lopez who had the double-shooting at his house in Stoneham ...all which should be brought up in the Malicious Prosecution case against the police department to show how Chief Leo A. Sacco Jr. has an undisciplined crew, in some instances, reflecting badly on the fine men and women who serve us with professionalism, as well as the instances of Leo A. Sacco, Jr. maliciously going after victims in the press. The pattern of abuse BY the Medford Police Department gives great weight to my case against this city.

I played by the rules, and will prove it in the case I am filing against the City, the Police, the D.A., Caraviello, Finn and other individuals.
*ADA Raquel Frisadi told a judge (I think it was Wexler, after Fitzpatrick called me an intelligent man (obviously because he seemed to see what they were up to when they wanted me banned from the city council! Both Judge Wexler AND Judge Fitzpatrick DENIED the D.A.'s office the request to keep me away from the city council; whiner Rick Caraviello complained that I "bothered him." Yeah, and Donald Trump doesn't like the press either, Mr. Caraviello. Both judges DENIED Caraviello and the DA's office, but that didn't stop Mark E. Rumley and Rick Caraviello from hovering around three police officers when I attended a council meeting in January of 2016, three GOOD officers who were - as Officer Ghilain put it "in agreement" with me that I could attend the council Why was Mark Rumley outside of Alden Chambers? Obviously because Rumley lied to Judge Marie O Jackson-Thompson (retired) about embracing the First Amendment; so obvious!!!!) ...ADA Raquel Frisadi told a judge, said to a judge that I couldn't drop a "case" (???) - never telling the judge(s) that I had dropped an APPLICATION for a case. She also told Judge Roanne Sragow that I said to "stop breathing" - taking it completely out of context when it was a joke about the gay undertaker/city councilor liking his "boys on ice." There were FOUR JUDGES who had to put up with this nonsense, when there are real problems out there. As Gilbert Gottfried says in Beverly Hill Cop "There are people with chainsaws out there." This case only goes to prove the media blackout Medfraud City Hall wants on Medford. They went after me because they RESPECT my writing skills. Otherwise they would ignore me. The sincerest form of flattery, actually.
These frauds just make it up and take things out of context. You can only blame Raquel for following orders, no lawyer would be silly enough to do that without being ordered around by a boss for alleged POLITICAL PAYBACK. What Raquel is grossly responsible for is a weight gain that makes this old man feel like stringbean model Twiggy, offensive lipstick and oh my God high heels so loud that every time she walked in to the courtroom it was like "Raquel's here."
She never got it. LOUDEST FEET clomp clomp clomp in the courtroom! Wide hips, bad high heels and lipstick that is so incongruous with that face that I believe her to be a walking, talking violation of the Eight Amendment to the U.S. Constitution - exacting cruel and unusual punishment on a man who is innocent. Her bulky appearance was an affront to the court and any self-respecting homosexual that admires good looking men and runs from bedraggled women. Any well-manicured man in a blue suit WOULD be totally offended---especially by an outlandish female put there to be so obnoxious as to try to agitate an innocent man...because they had nothing else. They were just looking for me to scream in the courtroom by being exposed to a Medusa, go postal that some hideous individual was persecuting - not prosecuting - me. But I kept my cool and prevailed, despite the obvious 8th Amendment and First Amendment violations by the office of the district attorney, Doug!
Marian Ryan intentionally didn't send me a Ryan Reynolds type to truly throw salt in the wound of her malicious abuse of process.
Raquel Frisadi is no Raquel Welch, trust us on that! And wide hips, inappropriate lipstick, and high heels from hell is what this innocent man had to endure along with the false charges!

Then there's Detective Mackowski who mocked me in the hallways of Somerville Court on 9:1/16 with his ignorant and smug "see you in October" taunt as he walked by me. This was after a respected judge called Nackowski's (OMG: I must have that allegedly deceptive Nagengast on the mind with THAT Freudian slip)...after a respected judge called MACKOWSKI's cutting and cruel testimony "irrelevant" ( talking to the MCAD about this as well, Mass. Commission Against Discrimination. Why would Mackowski show up to a court case he had no involvement in whatsoever? On the city budget, no less. What? As a messenger to bring a piece of paper to the police department? Really? Same with Mark E. Rumley, another time-waster who doesn't give a damn about the citizens who pay him so handsomely. Arrogant frauds they are! and is what is alleged by this journalist)
Mackowski thought he was cute under oath saying he couldn't remember the key email
which would exonerate his victim immediately were he to admit to it
Problem for Mackowski is that the email in question was staring me in the face, the victim
of a suddenly forgetful detective. Detectives NEVER forget key evidence unless they are
being less than honest which I absolutely allege Mackowski was in his political payback case against me
I am filing a COP-plaint on him and a case of malicious prosecution
I filed a complaint on Harvey Alberg's alleged lie or lies on October 31,2016 in Malden Court.
He was under oath.
I now know who to actually file that case with and intend to
Alberg said something to the effect that MCC TV3 is in the clear, in direct conflict with a public records request response. Stay tuned.
We are bringing Finn and his crew to justice
