I have looked at Michael Marks’ participation on the city council. There is no way you would pay three times ten grand for such a lack of effort
Consider every resolution, motion - anything all seven councilors vote on or put forth. Would you spend thirty grand in Stop and Shop if a Zac Bears was on the shelf? Of corse not
Taxpayers have little or no say in how their taxpayer funds are spent. Let us change that peacefully and legally
