Robert A. Maiocco, alleged by clients to have misrepresented them, actually misrepresented himself to council colleagues when he forced himself into the presidency without alerting the citizens and fellow councilors that he was accused of misrepresentation.

When Maiocco censored a resident with a point of view he disagreed with he threatened to phone the police and hit the resident with a big, ugly metal pipe.

Camuso, the most vulnerable councilor next to Maiocco on the council.
