Part 1 of 7 THe Expense Report on shuttered 501c3 Medford Community Cablevision, Inc.

125, 914

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A ROUGH DRAFT BEING PUBLISHED IN PUBLIC.

THIS INFORMATION WILL BE EDITED, DISTILLED INTO A MORE SPECIFIC AND EASY-TO-UNDERSTAND FORMAT DESIGNED FOR A SPEECH TO BE GIVEN AT THE CITY COUNCIL ON OCTOBER 8TH.

HOWEVER, SINCE A FORMER BOARD MEMBER OF TV3 IS ALLEGEDLY BEING ARRAIGNED IN THE MORNING IN SOMERVILLE DISTRICT COURT, THE CITY COUNCIL MIGHT SPEND A LOT OF TIME ON THAT TOPIC BEFORE THE FINANCIALS OF MCC ARE DISCUSSED

PART 1
LAVISH SPENDING BY ART DELUCA, FRANK PILLERI, HARVEY ALBERG and RONALD DELUCIA under the disguise of "the board of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc."  Where is the document that shows a quorum, 7 out of 13, voted for the board to have only three members, DeLucia, Alberg and Pilleri, and for them to have another* on again/off again board member, in direct conflict with Robert's Rules of Order.

*Prior to Deluca, Steve Marra was the "on again/off again" board member when Pilleri liked to satisfy himself that his charade, the fraud he was allegedly perpetrating on the city of an ethical, honest board was in control. It was a dishonest, unethical, slimy, underhanded board of directors that all make Stanley Komins of West Medford Hillside Little League appear to be an upstanding citizen.

Below Art Deluca admits he is part of the "board."  Then, on Medford Patch, Deluca says two things:

a)That MCC spent money wiring the Medford island in Medford square for only one cable TV provider, Verizon.

October 04, 2013 at 02:15 PM And the current landlord is pleased that we have brought Verizon cable to his buildings, making them more desirable to rent. We have also improved this unit we still occupy. It will now make a very good art gallery or mini movie theater, among other things.
EDITOR'S NOTE: In essence, monies designated for access television, approximately Fifteen Thousand Dollars, were used in an inappropriate way, to please a current landlord after four to five other landlords were upset by the alleged wrongful conduct of TV3's board of directors - collectively at 5 High St., 40 Canal St, 85 Geo P Hassett Drive and - individually by some - at Station Landing.

Lavish spending on something that did NOT benefit the cable tv subscribers, only used as a power grab by Pilleri in an attempt to wire 32 Riverside Ave.   The City Council was never going to vote for Comcast to dig up the street, so Deluca's claim on Patch that the council has no power was absurd, ridiculous and - let's be real - the council is still in power, MCC is being shut down.

__________________________________________ Board member Arthur Alan Deluca admits to using monies for things other than public access television; tells citizens he violated the agreement to facilitate access by claiming community doesn't need what the board of directors were required - by law - to give the community.

PART 1 of a 7 PART RIVETING SERIES ON FINANCIAL ABUSES ALLEGED AT MEDFORD COMMUNITY CABLEVISION

Arthur DeLuca October 04, 2013 at 12:49 PM

As a member* of the MCC board of directors who participated in the unanimous vote to dissolve the corporation, let me set a few things straight.

*(Community please note: Mr. DeLuca has admitted to a resident that he was (unlawfully?) kept from board meetings as TV3's board of Frank Pilleri, Ronald DeLucia and Harvey Alberg - only 3 of the 13 required the last time there was allegedly a quorum to vote - because Pilleri, Delucia and Alberg called Deluca "the weasel.")

thirdly, Rooboo* you are correct that public access TV is no longer needed. It HAS been replaced by Youtube, Project Open Voice, Comcast on Demand etc. Youtube is the most instant ego-satisfying of these options. It's also by far the easiest and cheapest of these methods. It's the one most people use. Most of the existing public access members in other cities are the "old dinosaurs" who have been doing this for ages. The majority of newbies to social media interaction are internet-only users.

*("Rooboo" along with "Phil C" and "Beth Hunt" are fictitious names TV3 has used to hammer away at their enemies as well as bolstering their own positions.  No credible names are seen agreeing with Deluca, so he and his tiny group create names and all congratulate each other.  Part of why the City Council called them "sick.")

On October 4 Arthur Deluca stated "And the current landlord is pleased that we have brought Verizon cable to his buildings, making them more desirable to rent. We have also improved this unit we still occupy. It will now make a very good art gallery or mini movie theater, among other things. "  The current landlord does not represent the cable tv subscribers or the viewers; his wishes in regards to subscriber monies designed to benefit a private entity are not what those funds were to be used for. Thus, City Hall has stopped payments to MCC and MCC had to dissolve at its charade of an "annual meeting."   2)Deluca says on October 6 that the city council doesn't matter:  Arthur DeLuca October 06, 2013 at 08:51 AM
Joe, you're up early this morning I see. many questions you want answered - this will take a few posts. here's the first one: I never go to the City Council because they don't count."

HOW IRRESPONSIBLE of a board member of a non-profit 501c3 who wants to dig up the streets to put Comcast in because he, Art DeLuca, failed to find a building with connectivity.

The City Council has the power to grant a request to dig up the street or not to grant that request.  So Deluca, showing his inexperience and sad lack of qualifications, admits in public that his rants are designed to create "white noise" and are not based in logic or even common sense.

The board of directors - by moving to 32 Riverside Ave - needed the vote of the Council to dig up the street and they did NOT have the votes.  The Council DOES count in this case, and they know how to count, and the TV3 math never added up.

This morning at a packed Carroll's restaurant the entire group applauded when the FIRST TOPIC discussed at the political breakfast was the end of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. Mr. DeLuca doesn't realize how wildly unpopular TV3 was in this community. I had a great conversation with my good friend State Rep Paul Donato and asked him ONE request. ONE request of my State Rep in regards to TV3 and with a twinkle in his eye Paul said "Already done" (weeks ago!) So we are all in agreement on TV3. Dr. Wood congratulated me as did many other citizens and even ex-TV3 board members. What does Arthur DeLuca not understand about the unpopularity of Deluca's own wrongful conduct. Spin away, Mr. DeLuca, the public, to a man (and woman) is 1000% against you. I didn't videotape the breakfast, didn't have to. The City Council will, most likley, hear from people on Tuesday. Deluca doesn't have the integrity to come to the Council and speak, does he? He would rather rant from the outside whining that he can't use the tv station to bully citizens anymore. We know the real reason why Deluca "pulled" his show. He allegedly was fighting with staff.

The bottom line is that you never wanted to relinquish our TV station before August of 2015 and in September of 2013 you had to. That wasn't your goal, but according to Medford citizens, my hard work and efforts in this regard succeeded and TV3 is no more.

Now let's discuss Mr. Deluca's illogical responses: 1)The City Council matters to the citizens of Medford who pay $200,000.00 a year for a council, the same amount of money TV3 used to get (past tense is so nice; the new Channel 3 will use that money properly.). The People's Forum was an effective venue for me to fight TV3 with, and the victory, according to Dr. Wood and others - is solely mine. You lost "your" access station, Deluca, and we know how fixated the board of directors was with me; they were supposed to be delivering access TV but, instead, board meetings were consumed with discussion on how to fight the guy exposing TV3 as the fraud that it was. You are sulking in the rain, meanwhile I'm being congratulated. Do the math. Whatever the faux "president" had to bargain with the Mayor is obviously a thing of the past. TV3 is done, stick a fork in it. 2)You sound like Stanley Komins about "appropriate time" - more like, you can no longer push the goal posts back. There's a troublesome little document from Melanson Heath & Co PC in direct conflict with the ex-board member of TV3's excuse as #2. Now, there is MORE information we - the community - have in regards to DeLuca's little fishing expedition in #2. Let's just say, with a smile, that Arthur's defense is not based in reality. A good poker player doesn't show his hand, and a good card reader isn't even necessary to tell Mr. DeLuca the possible legal hot water Deluca himself could be in once certain records are studied by certain government entities I've been in touch with. By the way, Mr. DeLuca, it was Channel 7, not Channel 5, that broadcast me speaking with ONE of those ten government entities. One in Ten, where have you heard THAT before? 3) Your show was off the air. You lost your show. End of story.
