It's really sad about that whole thing.

Just think of the children and the grandparents (like Pat) denied access TV because of the Alberg family's hatred of the city of Medford and their jealous rage in putting MONEY MANAGERS on and keeping everyone else off. What a selfish old witch and con-artist Doria is.

No Affliation with the City, a certain board member was name dropping trying to scare people and cover it up because of his knowledge and what he finally realized was over. I had one politican call me directly asked if me if there could be a mistake.....I explained to the person that it was a Corporate Audit done by little league and when would an insurance company pay a claim in less than 30 days unless there was no shred of doubt with what they reviewed? 35k was recovered from Little league policy out of 180k. I can say personally the the majority of the money went back to fields and children at memorial park..... I am being told however that somehow money was used to pay back IRS taxes for the disgraced Komins and previous board members who filed fraudulently. No real explanation, meeting, or community involvement which I'm sure should be available under an FOI since public parks were used which is a nexus for public records access....

now THAT TV3 IS UNDER THE MAYOR'S CONTROL, WE HAVE A PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST PENDING

 Is Mr. James "Chip" O'Leary III related to Michael J. McGlynn? Doesn't he work in "legal services." Rumor says they could be cousins. Remember, McGlynn had his own cousin, David Skerry, as lawyer for TV3, Would be very interesting if O'Leary is related to McGlynn and, like Mr. Skerry who also represented the embattled Pop Warner's embattled Steve Kloutier, it would indicate McGlynn had people who knew the law related to him and involved in West Medford Hillside Little League, the embattled Pop Warner and the (thankfully) dissolved TV3.
