Park Marenteau Obit Launches into Top 5!
Oh, I will be now blamed for "judging" and piling on when someone has passed. Nothing of the sort...what I'm saying is that WXXX was a cruel radio station and not everyone there was as sainted as they want you to think that they are.
People were blacklisted, people were banned, people had to play ball and deliver free cds or substances or condominiums...allegedly.
Program Director EX "OXXXXpus" HXXXX was furious with me for not playing the Rock and Roll Rumble, which was supposed to be for non-signed acts.
As WXXX knew full well, I was on the Carrere label in Europe, a major dance label (with my punk rock music, God bless them!) I was not eligible for the "rumble" and the station knew that.
OXXXipus wanted to showcase me and have my band go down in defeat. The voting was SKEWED many times at the Rumble for political purposes.
That, my friends, is why WXXX banned my music from the airwaves. Because I would not kiss the ass of the OXXXXipus.
XXXXi lost his station, in Boston, FrXXXXkie lost "his" station in Medford, and both of them had a common enemy.
I can sleep at night. They screwed me. I just reported them to the authorities.
WXXX hurt a lot of artists. So did TV3.
Screw 'em. Screw 'em both.
And then line up Roy and Stephanie, next on our Christmas shopping list.
Roy, Stephanie - take note: WXXX is gone; TV3XXX (triple x for Filthy) is gone...we have become "exceedingly efficient at it."
The Architect: Denial is the most predictable of all human responses. But, rest assured, this will be the sixth time we have destroyed it, and we have become exceedingly efficient at it.
