Breanna, you have an OBLIGATION to the Cable TV subscribers to make the shenanigans at the high school TV station very public.
Censorship and the violation of the oath of office to uphold the Constitution is a big deal.
Messing around with free speech during an election cycle is a big deal.
Why are you so silent on your own rights being stripped away? That's NOT how to win an election.
The fictional TV show Law & Order SVU is inspired by real-life stories. A doctor faced an ethical conflict
and did the wrong thing in regards to allowing torture
A woman doctor was disciplined and licensed suspended for violating her oath in episode entitled "HARM"
Dr.Warner: You took an oath. You don't get to take a time-out because we're at war,because it's difficult to uphold.
The oath was written for times like these.

oath was written because serving the public is difficult. Mark Rumley
gives the public the finger, used his taxpayer funded e mail
for
a church website; allegedly was moonlighting at Somerville District
Court to allegedly collect credit card bills, misreads the
Thatcher Magoun will because Rumley allegedly is ordered to bend it by his corrupt bosses, harming the library, harming
the TV station, harming the citizens.
And you want to be mayor and do nothing about it...except to vote for your opponent's crazy plans as a city councilor?
The truth about the city lawyer in Medford is that he makes up his own rules. He decides what is moral, what is acceptable,
and the dumb citizens buy into his unacceptable behavior.
Look
at the untrustworthy politicians who praised crooked Ed Finn when he
resigned, the individual whose dirty hands touched the votes in Medford,
What were they thinking? One of the big reasons we are in the mess that we are in today
Rumley shows up in court on 9/1/16 and embarrasses himself, the judge throws Rumley off of the witness stand.
Rumley's defense? He was under "subpoena" Truth be told, the lazy city attorney didn't feel like doing the work he's paid to do that day.
The judge called Rumley's testimony "irrelevant." Rumley could have gotten out of it - but the dirty city lawyer chose again to do
THE WRONG THING. Then, another slap in the face to Medford taxpayers - Mr. "under subpoena" Rumley stuck around most of the
day,
not working, just watching how I swept the courtroom up with two
lawyers and the TV3 crew- by myself, my own oral argument,
no
lawyer present. I exposed corrupt police Detective Mackowski, corrupt
city lawyer Rumley, and showed that you can beat the bullies ethically, legally with a little courage and a lot of hard work and honest effort.
You're
right, Breanna, saying that I would make a good lawyer. People don't
see the oral argument I've given in many cases, and my victories over
TV3 resulting in that group removed from the cable TV airwaves - yet
we're stuck with a corrupt mayor using the station as if it is her own personal prostitute to abuse whenever she needs an "electronic booty call."
Michael Marks is right calling me "articulate," Judge Lamothe was correct calling me "logical." Very Logical is what the judge said, actually. Judge Fitzpatrick called me "an intelligent man."
Then Ed Finn is under subpoena in a criminal case. Finn, the coward, doesn't even show up 1/31/17.
Who was Finn's lawyer? Dirty Rumley?
ANYONE
who wants to be mayor or run for city council or school committee can't
get "A little pregnant" dealing with unethical, dishonest government officials like Finn, Rumley, Muccini-Burke, Mackowski - it is illogical and it shows a distinct lack of ethics.
Yet the current council goes out of its way to kiss the ground these sleazy officials walk on.
The only way the cycle breaks is if someone has the integrity to fight them.
