EVIDENCE: DEMAND FOR MRS BURKE TO RESIGN FROM COMMITTEE

1,446,539 @ 10:33 am

Dear Committee:

I am respectfully requesting that Mrs. Burke resign from The Committee

Mrs. Burke has displayed malice when it comes to residents she knows did not vote for her, despite
voting being a private issue.

Mrs. Burke has discriminated against me.  I have found her in violation of the Open Meeting Law
vis-a-vis the Chapter 74 board, which Breanna Lungo-Koehn brought to the attention of the
city council after I informed Mr. Marks, Ms. Lungo-Koehn and Mea Mustone of the funny business
Mrs. Burke engaged in.
I will be investigating this with public records requests I will send to Attorney Scanlon

The allegations that Mrs. Burke takes care of her family before her constituents are legend.

Mrs. Burke is unfit for office. The voters said so.

I submit that Stephanie Muccini-Burke is unfit to serve on this Committee.

I will be investigating, reporting and going to the proper individuals to inform them that ALL individuals deserve
a fair shake. That Medford has a long history of nepotism and sleight of hand.

I am requesting that Mrs. Burke resign due to conflict of interest.   She's a lame-duck mayor.
Let her limp into the sunset with her bloated pension.

Stephanie Muccini-Burke should NOT touch this Committe with her documented wrongful conduct
and poor decisions.

Enclosed are two photographs that I am utilizing as evidence to state my case

a)Mrs. Burke allegedly making a vulgar gesture at firefighters who allegedly asked her about a contract; at a wedding

b)Mrs. Burke laughing at Rep Paul Donato sexually molesting Michael Marks, then council VP, in front of a 15 year old student running the camera and two little children, allegedly John Falco's kids.

If Mr. Falco cannot objectively answer if his children were in the room, and if he did nothing to show parental outrage over the sex harassment at the high school, then I will lobby for Mr. Falco to be removed from this Committee as well

Respectfully,

Joe Viglione
