RE: Resignation of Neil Osborne
       Wynn Casino Monies

I filed an Open Meeting Law complaint 10/31/17 re: Commission for Persons with Disabilities

Neil Osborne was advised about an hour before the meeting that I would be taping Facebook Live - an open meeting.
Rachel Tannenhaus DENIED my request to videotape live claiming "disabled" members of the commission didn't want to be on camera.
I advised Tannenhaus that if people don't want to be on tape in a public meeting they need to step down from the commission.
The Attorney General's office agreed with me.  Shame on Neil Osborne for not granting permission. He was sitting there
and was advised.  The meeting was of great public interest.

On January 11, 2018 I wrote to the Attorney General's office: "I am in receipt of the letter from Hanne Rush  OML-2018-4 finding that the Medford Disabilities Commission violated the Open Meeting Law."

Mr. Osborne had and still has an obligation to serve the public.  Mr. Osborne failed.

My second complaint on Mr. Osborne was when senior citizens were harassed by members of the Medford City Council.
Mr. Osborne, with a sworn oath to serve the public, passed the buck to negligent mayor Stephanie Muccini-Burke.
He said "it goes up the food chain."

No, if you are the Human Rights Commissioner - or the title now embraced by Mr. Osborne - which the attorney brags about on his Linked In:
Director Diversity and Inclusion at City of MedfordMedford, MA 02155 - you have an obligation.

Director of Diversity and Inclusion?   Attorney Osborne is anything but.

My experience with Mr. Osborne is that he's the Director of Nepotism and Exclusion.

You don't pass the buck to a suspicious mayor.  You take a stand are protect the multiple senior citizens harassed on camera
by Adam Knight, Frederick N. Dello Russo, Jr. and Richard F. Caraviello at the city council.

But Mr. Osborne takes his paycheck and ignores legitimate complaints.

I am concerned that Mr. Osborne - already exposed not doing his job - will retaliate should I submit a proposal.

My proposal, if submitted, would be denied because of discrimination by Osborne, Muccini-Burke and possibly John Falco.

Mr. Osborne, of all people, should not be engaging in discrimination.

I submit that Mr. Osborne discriminated against a homosexual senior citizen, and other senior citizens in Medford.

That being said, I respectfully request Mr. Osborne resign or be removed as he has not treated citizens fairly,
and the Open Meeting Law violation by the Disability Commission is Exhibit A in regards to that.

Let's have an open and fair process for these alleged gambling monies to do some good for the community.

Sincerely,

Joe Viglione
