Allegedly, Patrick Gordon has not kept any records of who attends these alleged "classes."For Seventy Thousand Dollars a Year this joke of an access television station needs to be overhauled. And we are putting in tons of hours to do just that.

We have JUST begun to fight for your civil rights!
The station manager purportedly has no list of the people who were taught in the alleged "30 classes." That is not competent behavior while being paid Seventy Thousand Dollars a Year to facilitate programming and do outreach. There are 81 alleged members including the station manager himself. That's ridiculous having a manager adding himself to trump up - beef up - the bad numbers. Included as members are the mayor and her husband, former school committee person Anne Marie Cugno and her husband, school committee person Kathy Kreatz, city councilor John Falco, councilor Michael Marks, rep Paul Donato - a political who's who with so many community members in a city of close to 60,000 people missing in action.
Political Private Access TV is wrong and a slap in the face to every cable TV subscriber. Eight political people so far, 3 members of the now defunct TV3 Medford, three members of Mayor Muccini-Burke's tribunal - Jack McGoldrick, Jay Campbell and Gabby Follet Sumney, and the station manager makes 15. Remove these individuals and you have membership of 66. Leonard Kaplan is listed twice, brings it down to 65. So is this a station for politicians and candidates only?
I'm fine with politicians joining, but not at the expense of the entire community. Ex TV3 members need to be banned due to their violation of the policies and procedures. They were part of a station shut down for wrongful conduct (discrimination.) So the By-Laws claim if you have caused any trouble at a station (which I have not, even though TV3 lies about that; this whistleblower puts a spotlight on wrongful conduct) they aren't allowed to be part of this new station, MCC TV3 board member and former mayoral candidate, limited public figure A.A.D, currently under investigation by the AG's office regarding the old access station and one of the reasons MCC TV3 got shut down, is a prolific volunteer. Yet A.A.D. was thrown out by Mayor McGlynn when he found the station violating the agreement with the city. This is discrimination, picking and choosing. Currently it is a private access station. The current station manager refused to respond to my membership application. Thus, I will be thoroughly investigating the station manager's activities, his failure to do proper outreach, the lack of facilitation of programming.
