No Public Accommodation at TV Station During 2021 Election Cycle - Mismanagement - Zero Outreach - No Promotion on Twitter or Elsewhere During a Pandemic

MAYOR BREANNA LUNGO KOEHN ENJOYS THE CENSORSHIP PUT IN PLACE BY HER COLLEAGUES IN THE TWO PAST ADMINISTRATIONS AND THE FORMER CITY SOLICITOR

Joe Viglione Offers to Write SANE Policies and Procedures that BENEFIT the community.

On Tuesday, June 1, 2021 I spoke at the Medford City Council about the mayor IMMEDIATELY opening a satellite PUBLIC ACCESS TV STATION with no CORI check and an open door policy at this CRITICAL TIME with 152 days to election day, November 2, 2021.

It won't happen as Breanna has done little since she took office.

But we the people will keep the conversation going.  Watch my speech on Video on Demand

An Act to modernize participation in public meetings Jason M. Lewis
S.2104 An Act updating the Open Meeting Law to support remote participation Rebecca L. Rausch

Jason Lewis and Rebecca L. Rausch are looking to modernize the Open Meeting Law, while the city of Medford is fending off complaints of alleged failure to abide by the OML, three of them, in fact.

Why does Medford have such a terrible time abiding by even its own City Council rules, OML and why is city hall flooded with public records requests, including by its own city council?

This past Tuesday, June 1, 2021, Council President Caraviello had to choke on the Public Accommodation law and read it to the public.  I'm glad he did. Caraviello has never seen a law he didn't want to fracture, be it failing to be honest to the police in a report, or allegedly committing perjury when he was  in criminal court on the witness stand.

What the current mayor and her predecessors do is claim ignorance of the First Amendment that they took an oath to uphold.  It's such a sick joke asking for a CORI check on candidates for elected office and claiming that city hall is offering "public accommodation" and free speech.

It's unusual cruelty for the mayor to grab the access monies in the same censorship-laden sustained attack on the First Amendment in Medford that her pals Muccini-Burke and McGlynn perpetrated.  Well, there's no love lost between McGlynn and Muccini-Burke when it comes to Breanna, but we're making a point: if Lungo Koehn was supposed to be the antidote to McGlynnism
