Mayor Lungo-Koehn needs to investigate Rumley, Falco, Knight

1)The City Council is fond of saying it has no jurisdiction over the cable TV franchise fees as the mayor is the "issuing authority"

 

   The City Council allows the school committee to change the name of a school, steps in at the 13th hour and says they want to participate   (see Councilor Michael Marks, Tuesday June 29, 2021 desire to oversee schools)

   Then a candidate for mayor on the council, John Falco, gleefully wants to appropriate Thirty Thousand Dollars for a political hit job for the    seat that conflicted Falco (and by extension the alleged boss of Falco, Michael J. McGlynn; arch-enemy of the incumbent) wants to

   control.

   Mike McGlynn's fingerprints on these machinations and plans simply glaring.

2)That Mark Rumley is the consigliere of the McGlynn Dynasty, representing two department heads of the Lungo-Koehn administration is,  finally, some transparency from the not-very-forthright ex City Solicitor of Medford  Transparency that Rumley hurts the community with actions

  deleterious to the health and growth of the community.  The lawyer's actions are totally selfish and clearly dangerous.

3)Mr. Rumley's anger and unprofessional conduct has been captured for years on the city hall videos of council meetings.   Rumley has insulted the intelligence of the community with his flowery speeches, his trademark histrionics, deceptive business practices and prolific lies that are pure evidence that the small town lawyer has little credibility and zero public trust.   The stuff this journalist has heard from citizens in regards towards their dislike (the politest word I can think of) for Mr. Rumley would make your hair stand on end.

   This is an individual publicly demanding respect that he has not earned.  "I'm the city solicitor and I will not be insulted" Rumley rages  at councilor Marks, who was having a field day prodding and enticing Rumley to do battle. See the video below:

   A pure violation of City Council Rule 9.   Rumley not setting an example but a bully abusing his power  "I'M THE CITY SOLICITOR"   repeating it and demanding respect and public trust he has not earned; as if he's police chief Jack Buckley drunk with power demanding  that same "public trust" with his fingers crossed behind his back, October 1, 2019 at the city council, hoping this journalist wouldn't  expose that Buckley oversees the most corrupt police force in all of Middlesex County (according to D.A. Marian Ryan's Brady'Giglio   disclosure list.)   But I did expose it, not once but twice.  The L'Italien Report in November of 2019 and then D.A. Ryan's outrageous list.

FALCO AND KNIGHT, EVERY BIT AS CHEAT-ORIENTED AS MARK RUMLEY

To the public there are unethical aspects of the Falco and Knight votes as well as an attorney who used to represent Breanna Lungo-Koehn suddenly acting like a mad prosecutor with unclean hands representing two department heads.   That is so oddly "coincidental," when there  are allegations that Mr. Rumley lusted to be "of counsel" in Medford, was rejected, is now in Malden "of counsel."  Furthermore I submit that Mr. Rumley's only qualifications to be the former solicitor in Medford (using the plural rather than what should be the singular,) are/is that he grew up with a former mayor, A MAYOR WHO, apparently, was ousted after the death of the late corrupt sheriff, James V. DiPaola.

FALCO AND KNIGHT, THE COUNCILOR CURRENTLY UNDER CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION, WE'LL GET TO IN ANOTHER ESSAY. BUT LET'S GET IT ON THE RECORD THAT THE 7 MEMBER CITY COUNCIL INCLUDES MEMBERS THAT ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY, PATENTLY DISHONEST, AND WHO HAVE NO RIGHT TAKING PUBLIC MONIES WHEN THEIR SUCCESS IS AT CAMPAIGNING, NOT GOVERNANCE.

Mr. Rumley's schizophrenic public personality, his Jekyll and Hyde "benevolent, caring community servant" vs the conniving, self-aggrandizing,  know it all bully, is as much an abuse of authority, an abuse of his position in life, as Jenna Tarabelsi raping a 15 year old in the school system. There is no difference, other than Tarabelsi has only three Medford victims (that we know of,) while Rumley has gone on the attack AGAINST THE

RIGHTS OF AN ENTIRE MUICIPALITY, ALONG WITH SPECIFIC PEOPLE - be it a city councilor (Michael Marks,) a current mayor (Breanna Lungo-Koehn,)  both ostensibly represented at one time by Rumley's office when it was in Medford.  WITH A LAWYER LIKE THAT who needs enemies?

 

 

Shouldn't Breanna and Marks take the evidence to the Board of Bar Overseers and file a complaint?  We'll leave that to them.

Rumley gives himself the widest latitude as if he is the very law itself, while depriving Medford citizens of access television, phony policies and

procedures designed to make it easy to violate civil rights and free speech,  and a CORI check to intimidate citizens from exercising free speech,

the very freedoms Mr. Rumley posted on the internet that he upholds, the wolf presenting himself in sheep's clothing.

Rumley's recent essay available on the web regarding free speech is most interesting since he told one of my lawyers if I reference it or him in this

position of life that he alleges, he will sue me.  So much for free speech.  Similarly, as I posted a photo of Mayor Muccini-Burke allegedly giving the

finger to firefighters at his son's wedding, he shoots an e mail that he will come after me legally for a photo that was all over Facebook, reportedly.

Rumley is humiliated by his colleagues at TV3 and doesn't so.  I write a silly poem and he threatens to sue.  That's what bullies do, they single out

one person and threaten them when they in cowardly fashion see a gang and run for their lives.

Rumley was humiliated by McGlynn when the Chumley Report ran almost 100 times on TV3, and like the typical bully that he is, takes his frustrations

out on a blogger.  So much for free speech.

Medford needed desperately a man of principle, a decent, honest scrupulous person.   Mark Rumley is NOT that person

Unprincipled Rumley caps the stack and must be removed, investigated and, if warranted, charged, tried and convicted in a court of law for failing to account the TV3 monies, by a board that he sat on once or twice, to the public that paid the bill.

And now Mark Rumley is going after a former client with a viciousness and malice that I thought was only reserved for this writer.

You see, Rumley is retaliating because he was NOT made "of counsel."

NOW, WITH EVERYTHING RUMLEY DOES THAT IS WRONG, HIS HYPOCRISY RULES, NOT HIS OATH OF OFFICE BUT WHAT WE CALL THE "HYPOCRITIC OATH."  HYPOCRITE RUMLEY ABANDONED THE FINANCIAL MALFEASANCE OF A BOARD OF DIRECTORS THAT HE WAS ON; HE DEEP SIXED THE INVESTIGATION HE SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN PART OF, AS CONFLICTED AS JOHN FALCO GOING AFTER THE MAYOR LEGALLY (AS A COUNCILOR) WHEN HE'S CAMPAIGNING AGAINST HER POLITICALLY.  IT'S A VERY SICK JOKE TAKEN OUT ON THE TAXPAYERS AND VOTERS, AND IT IS IN DESPERATE NEED OF AN INVESTIGATION BY THE STATE ETHICS COMMISSION

Breanna Lungo-Koehn has the opportunity to help the victimized cable TV viewers.

Do it for just more than the cable subscribers and the citizenry. This time, Breanna, you simply must do it for yourself.
